    quick review

    1. (1st hand) reverse V on the Top of ur shaft closest to ur PB
    2. with ur other hand u squeeze ur fingers together from UNDER ur shaft? so basically to force strength
    3. move up with BOTH hands in ONE emotion = 1 jelq? (3-4 secs)

    and i release both hands and restart back to the PB?

    If im missing anything please correct me. From what I read , this is how the UV is done. (yes or no & why )

      I alternate hands after every 10 strokes because the knuckles getting squeezed start to get sore. Also, I lightly tighten my stomach as I stoke and slightly pull my stomach back as I am jelqing forward. I am becoming convinced that the strong, slow jelq and the counter resistance from my stomach pulling against the jelq makes a great stretching routine out of this as well. Today, after only 150 UV's, my unit was a full 3/4" longer than normal (I also did 150 UJ's). The pressure you can exert while doing UV's compared to regular V's is not only incredibly stronger and more consistent, your fingers will never get tired which allows you to do as many as you want. I have done these sitting down with my jelqing direction straight out, and I have also done them standing while jelqing straight down. I prefer standing and jelqing in a downward direction. My erection level is probably 40-60%, unless really horny which moves it up into the 75% area. I do all of my UV's in one consecutive set. Same thing with my UJ's. It is imperative that you keep your shaft and fingers well lubricated and moist. I simply have a cup of water nearby and dip my fingers into it when necessary (cheaper than having water running from the faucet).

          I am circumcised and personally I am glad I am. However, if you do your UV's with a tight grip, you will push some skin towards your glans no matter how much lube or moister you use. While I do not want my skin going over my glans on its own when it is hanging flaccid, I do like having the extra skin sort of bundled up behind it. While I have a lot of girth already, for guys with a little less girth having some bundled skin near your glans does give the appearance of more girth. However, these UV's will also be producing real girth increases - so you get the best of both worlds!

            I keep experimenting with my routine even after years of PE'ing. What I am doing now is one long set of UV's one day (200 nine second jelqs), the next day I do one long set of UJ's (200 five second jelqs). I alternate days for six days, then take one day off. Two long sets of both UJ's and UV's was taking too much time and was too much for my unit at one shot. When I was doing both sets in one day, I would do them one day then take two or three days off. I much prefer doing a less more often. While I am doing less, the intensity is full on. I wasn't consciously trying to take extra time while doing UV's, it just happened. On the other hand since you only have one CS which gets hit extra hard while doing UJ's, you have two CC's which get hit extra hard when doing UV's, so I figure they need twice as much attention.

              Tried these today and they are great. Am after some girth gains so will add them to my modified JP90 along with the UJ's and Uli variations

                I done these instead of the V-jelq as this is what I thaught the V-jelq was and I gained 6mm girth or 0.25 inches girth.

                  I am squeezing and pulling my shaft so much harder doing them this way, that this is most definitely not only a girth exercise, but also a great stretching exercise. If I kept the temporary length/girth gain of my unit after finishing my routine, I would have one incredible piece of meat hanging between my legs!!

                    I have another way you could make UV's and V's easier, instead of going from the top, you go in the side, index finger is on the top of your penis, and middle finger under it, then you press the skin of your middle finger print on your index finger nail, creating somewhat of a lock, it works just as well and I get no fatigue in my hands, less work for me, but I tried the UV and it does the job good too very thorough, a bit more control then the method I just listed, because the one I listed uses A LOT of pressure..

                        I've been doing these for a while and their advantage is that you can see , control and enjoy the width expansion, I think you nee to do both to have maximum effect on girth, as one way expands horizontally and the other one , vertically.
                        Yet I have decided to put Uv's aside, they seem not to work well for me I don't know why, maybe I overtrained my unit everytime with them but I never saw even temporary gains from these, no matter how well expanded it looked when I did the UV. I started Big Al's squeezes instead.

                          By the way how does everyone else gain depth and width wise with their uv's/v's? Personally when I put more pressure on top and on the bottom the sides increase, but when I do a uv the way rb explains the bottom and top increase, is this normal? When I say increase I mean the pump you get right after and during your jelqs. I also mean long term gains, I realized that the way I would actually jelq, I would put more pressure on the top and the bottom, and my sides got bigger, I had a thread about being bigger from side to side asking peeps how to correct it several weeks ago, it is getting there but maybe there is some more science behind this so that one can target it on a much more precise level.

                            This doesn't work for me... My skin gets in the way and I can't use my second hand to pull it back like I do with the normal V jelqs...
                            Tips?

                            tried it with lots of lube, too much skin comes along!

                              Whether doing UV's or UJ's jelqing straight downward will help reduce skin pull. Also, the more erect you are (not 100%) the less skin will be pulled. Keeping your fingers moist will help. As you approach your glans, if you do a kegel (sucking in your stomach), that will help to pull the skin back from the glans. That being said, my latest goal is to produce extra skin at the base of my glans (I am cut). I am not into foreskin restoration, but I like the sight of the extra skin, and the feel of it when my wife strokes me in an upward direction as my skin glides over my glans. When I keep my fingers moist to keep the water base lube slipppery, I don't get a lot of skin pull.
