      • just started girth routine...really appreciate some suggestions

        Hi guys,

been PE'ing for about 6 months now and two months ago introduced an extender doing about 16-20hrs weekly.

Started with Jps 90 day routine-did not make much gain( sorry could not locate my stats) a little on the length and girth but good EQ -so hopefully well conditioned.
I do have a strong cord over my dorsal vein-so likely jelqed too intensely on the 90 day program.

I did a shock routine one day last week and then rested for 3-5 days

Could an experienced PE'er( or anyone!) look at the girth routine(an amalgam of the routines in this thread) and make comments/suggestions?
The o-bend is new to me and these felt good and gave me a real feeling of stretch girthwise.

Today total 1 hours 10 mins
        10 mins rice sock
        stretches/helis/ 360 degrees stretches 5-10 mins
assisted Bundled stretches 10 times 30secs each
o bends 4 sets times 4 (up down left right) added finger to ok grip each time(ran out after 4 fingers)
        Ulis 3 sets-each set is 3 times 30secs-rest 5 mins between set-re-heat 5 mins rice sock
V jelq lamda type 30 reps(2 tines 6-8 secs each)

Plan to do Mon Weds Fri with a rest from the Ulis mid week-I could add another exercise on the Weds if you guys can suggest one.
I need to be more erect to 95% for the Ulis(was around 70-80%) as guess mentally till now been trying to keep erection levels down-this might make them more intense as they felt just ok/comfortable to me.
Looking to break down my tough cord-together with extender, hope eventually to effect some noticable length gains-but want to work on girth with manual exercises for a month or two.

        cheers

          • Is there something wrong with the V-jelq video or is it just me? The play button isn't functioning.

Are you using a Mac? For some reason the Mac's will not run the video's. We are still working on this at the moment.

              • Just a quick question...I tried finding it, but does anyone know how to increase base girth? My girth is increasing except my base girth :S

And I do grab as close as possible to the body. It almost seems like i'm creating a baseball bat

Nope, no Mac. BUT - I am at work most of the time when on here. However I don't think that is the problem because if it were something that I couldn't view due to work policies I would get some type of message on the screen and that doesn't happen.

                  • So I have been doing PE for a little over a month now. I'm mainly here for length gains but, girth increases have been a circumstance since I started. At the moment its not an issue. I'm thinking in long term based on my results. I want things to remain proportional/ consistent throughout the entire length. I have been data logging BPEL and EG (@ mid shaft and base) since I started. I have made gains of +.375in. in BPEL and +.125in in EG in this one month. The thing is, the EG gains have only taken place @ the mid shaft. The base has not grown at all. Currently 6.25" @ base and 6" @ mid shaft. As things progress and my mid shaft catches up to my base, are there any focused exercises or pointers that could help promote growth at the base? Am I in need of adjustment based on my routine? New implementation?

                    My current routine:
**2 Days ON, 1 Day OFF**

-Warm Up (based on JP 90 day beginner routine + internal stretches [2 times])
                    -10-15min wet jelq
                    -10m v-jelq
                    -flacid stretches [4-5 times]
                    -10m wet jelq
                    -10m v-jelq
                    -Leg tuck pull [5-10 times]
                    -5m V-jelq
                    -warm down

                    - edge for about 10-15 mins but on a once a week basis.
**on all the jelq exercises I will occasionally kegel a few times between reps. Other that that, i have gotten alot better about keeping a flacid...ish posture for a longer periods of time during the workouts. I still stop occasionally to calm things down. Progress has been good.

                    Thanks for any insight

Don't you have a lot of jelqs/girth based exercises in there for someone who isn't trying to gain girth? Anyhow, I do reverse jelqs and my base girth is growing with my mid girth so it looks really proportionally right now. Maybe try some of those? Also, I've noticed that vjelqs enlarge my glans and mid shaft girth, but don't do anything for base girth. Maybe its just me, but why not try cutting out a set of vjelqs and subbing in regular jelqs.

                      • Good call. Thanks for the pointers. I hadn't even heard of reverse jelqs til u mentioned it. I just have been using the JP 90Day thing as a baseline to go by. That way I can get my equipment prepared for different exercises in the future. I figured it was an all encompassing enlargement routine. I suppose now is just as good of time as any to start subtly introducing different exercises based on my goals.

                            • Howdy PE'ers,

I've been doing PE for about 6 months now and found these threads really helpful and am being as patient as I can while slowly stepping up my routine but now I'm starting to hit a bit of a wall so thought I'd put a post in..

I've had some real improvement in EQ which is great and I've gained about half an inch in length, which happened pretty quickly so I'm guessing newbie gains. Problem is I'm reasonably happy with my length (7 inches BPEL) and am only hoping to gain a little in length but my girth is what I was hoping to gain on. I am only 4.6 inches in erect girth and havn't gained at all since starting PE and have a short term goal of 5 inch with an ultimate goal of 7.5 inch BPEL by 5.5 inch girth.

My current routine is 2 days on 1 day off
                              Rice sock warm up
                              Stretches
                              Bundled Stretches
                              100 jelqs x 3
                              100 v jelqs x 3
                              o bends
                              ULIs
                              - I also try to incpororate some DLD blasters once or twice a week

Is there any reason why I'm not seeing any girth gains at all after six months? I'm not too keen on getting into clamping, hanging or pumping and don't mind how long it takes to do it manually as long as it happens, but not even the slightest gains in six months has me concerned and frustrated.

                              Thanks everyone.
