  • This is a fascinating post, but many of the links in the initial posts are broken or have non-functional videos. Any way this can be updated? I REALLY want to understand this fully.

    • I use this but don't do ok grip under glans I just push down on the top of my glans, makes the glans nice and fat too

      • Wow its been 4 years since I made this thread! I barely remember writing all of it but yeah it's coming back now... Damn I used to be devoted to PE, what the hell happened to me. Ziege, unfortunately the links are from 4 years ago and they have changed.
        Starting stats: October 15th, 2008 - NBPEL: 6.25' EG: 5.00'

        Current stats October 15th, 2009 - (100% erection) NBPEL: 7.20' EG: 5.375'


        Goal: NBPEL: 8' EG: 6' (objective: girth)

        • I have had trouble gaining girth since I began my PE 4 months ago

          So I decided to experiment with a routine that was of my own making as follows:-

          NB: My greatest challenge is time constraint so I try to do what time allows
          1. Warm up about 2 minutes with a warm wash cloth
          2. 50 Jelqs at around 50% Erection
          3. Massage my penis to around 80% erection. Hold my penis at the base and squeeze for 20 seconds
          4. Then I do another 100 or so Jelqs at around 75% erection
          5. Massage my penis to 80% erection. Hold at the base and squeeze, hold near the glans and squeeze. Hold the two squeezes for 30 seconds. This makes my penis get really engorged.
          6. At almost the same erection level, I do around 100 or so jelqs, slowly this time with more pressure.
          7. Then get my penis to at-least 80% Erection and hold at the base and squeeze, then push the trapped blood/pressure very slowly towards the glans for a time of around 10 seconds.
          8. I repeat step 3.
          9. Finish with a hard on with the highest EQ possible. ( I KEGEL all along)

          This takes more not more than 30 minutes.
          I then warm down while bathing. I might do around 20 JAI stretches in the process.
          This leaves my unit feeling 'swollen'. I have done this for around 2 weeks and am seeing the difference. Even my partner has commented in the feeling inside her!
          My PI are positive and my night and morning woods have gotten more intense of late. Even my EQ has been consistent so I will stick to this simple routine and see how far it will take me. Then I will begin some routines I am seeing in this thread. My biggest challenge, How can I increase my base girth? I have a naturally fatter penis towards the glans that is becoming more pronounced with PE.

                          That interests me too because many members said they do their exercises for girth at 90 % even 100 % sometimes. From what I observed, girth can be worked from the 50 % mark. But its true that 75 % is the max?

                              • I know the Bundled Stretch works but I've also heard that Tunica Tugs works as well. Can someone tell me how this works?
