            Ok wait bib says in the hanging realm of things if your LOT is 6 o clock you have more ligament gains to make therefore hang Btc/sd right?. So why stretch straight out and up, big o you might know something about this am I misunderstanding something here?.

              LOT theory is redundant, it is safe to say you can ignore it. Bear in mind this thread is old.

                Hello, BigO sent me here in another thread. I'd like to know if a routine is good for me. My last one was at 2 stretches in 4 directions and 110 jelqs (gradually increase during 3 months) but I didn't gain. I also did the JP's routine for 3 months but over trained, did it 5 days on 2 days off. Tunica is my limit, I would like to know if this one is good :

                2 days on 1 day off5-10 minutes shower
                5 minutes stretching
                10 minutes jelqing
                Edging after the workout twice a week

                I'd like to do it up to 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing over 5 weeks. I don't know if it's a good idea.

                  I think if it seems reasonable and your conditioned, try it monitor PI's and adjust accordingly.

                      If your tunica is your limiting factor you would want to do a more stretch oriented routine. % minutes of stretching is not really that much. I would consider extending or hanging. Most guys that have a tough time gaining tunica length need more time to induce creep.

                      There are several great and inexpensive hangers and you can find cheap extenders on E-bay, its a good way to see if you would stick with it before spending a lot of cash.

                        Okay, I'll do about 10 minutes of stretching and 3 minutes of jelqing then. It looks closer to the 80% and 20% TheSnitch talks about in the first post.

                        I also have an cheap extender from ebay but I can't use it, I always have an erection when I screw the rods or when I'm inside the foam pad.

                            This post is so great!
                            I recommend anyone to read this who is looking to get into PE.
                            I'm using the program you did as an example because the guy's Tunica is the limiting factor, as is mine and his LOT is also the same as mine.

                            So I've done the 2 on 1 off for 5 worksets and am now on the 3 on 2 off for 5 worksets and then I will do 5 on 3 off and 7 on 4 off, all for 5 worksets.

                            Is this where you were going with this because it's how I saw it? Also I wanted to say to my surprise I made an 1/8 increase in both length and girth after completing the first 5 worksets.

                            So I made those gains in just 17 days!
                            So excited!

                              Hey this is awesome! According to the theory I should be doing more girth exercises than length! Thing is I don't know any exercises specifically for length or girth... Anyone help me out?

                                Jelqing at higher erection level (if you are conditioned) is more geared towards girth.
