  • Hi Big Al,

    I am interested in joining the program but I am conflicted between the premium program and the regular three month program. I have some questions.
    1. When it says "coached 1-on-1" by you, what would the difference be between that and the regular program? I saw on your homepage that all clients are coached by you?
    2. Do the weekly progress reports have to do with only physical gains? To clarify, are we expected to be gaining every week?
    3. Are the weekly phone calls and Skype sessions primarily Q&A sessions or will we be given extra information not contained in the regular program?

    • Hello Big Al,i would like girth gain im looking for girth focused..my current routine 7-10 mins bathmate for warming up-15X30 sec uli squeeze-15X30 sec 440 horse squeeze-50 kegels 5 sec-20 mins edging and warm down- 2 days on 2 days off..Is this good routine? what would you recommend me?
      first start 15 cm
      x11.3---start second:16.3cm x 11.5cm --- current: 6.7 ''L x 4.75 '' G (17cm x12cm) --- goal: 7.5 '' x 5.5 ''

        While the coaching service mostly focuses around manual training we can definitely assist with device based training too.

          At this point in time I'm the only coach on MeCoach. We did have an alternate coach before and also plan on having more coaches for specific functions in the near future.

          The main differences between the standard and Premium memberships are the Premium clients are entitle to regular phone/skype chats (which greatly accelerates the learning curve), priority email responses, and a more aggressive set of standards. Premium coaching is for those who are very serious about their training and/or who might need the assistance of external discipline to maintain to a rigid schedule.

          Clients should be posting to their journals each session. Length and girth measureients are usually only updated every two weeks or so. Other parameters are required for the journal beyond training details and size stats.

          Glad to help

          The calls are an opportunity for Q&As and for accelerating the learning curve. A 30-60 minute skype consult can cover more data exchange than several weeks of email communication. Anything training related can be discussed, and the nature of voice communication often leads to better insight than is available beyond mere email.

                I'm focused mostly on length at the moment not worried so much about girth. Should I stop girth training excersises like jelqing and squeezing or will they contribute to my length gains?
                Also, I read on one of your posts somewhere that you find the "Tension Stretch" to be effective and in most examples it is preform down and outward from the body. Should the same stretch be used in different directions as well? I was doing a 5 minute 5-way stretch, but the "Tension Stretch", correct me if I'm wrong, are usually about 20 seconds each. So, should I do several sets? In different directions?

                  Girth exercises can contrinute to length gains- there's nu {pure" length or girth movement. Still, if you want to isolate and accelerate an aspect of your training (in this case, length) you can focus solely on stretches and stamina work.

                  You can certainly modify this stretch to be multiangular. My suggestion is to perform the Tension Stretch as described for a few weeks to see its effects. That way, when you begin the multiangular version you'll have a control to compare it to.
