Hi BigAl, I hope it is okay that I ask you this question here.
I have overtrained (hard jelqs/aggressive stretching/pumping kegels) on a 6-1 schedule for about a month and as a result of this my penis has become numb on the top and sides.
Not so noticeable during the day in a flaccid state but very noticeable when erect.
From searching the forums it seems that this is a fairly common sign of overtraining so I’m doing my best not to panic and hope the symptoms will subside soon.
Besides rest - is there anything I can do to heal as fast as possible?Start Dec 11 2017:

Big Al,
I am having EQ issues. During month 1 and 2 of the JP90, my EQ was great. I struggled with some over-exercising EQ issues so I cut things back on month 3. I noticed that EQ was actually getting worse.
Then, after not gaining anything in month 3 and having slightly worse EQ, I changed routines to the jelq-free routine. I only did 3 days of the jelq free, doing 200 side to sides, 5 squeezes, and adding in 5 mild 5-10 second tunica tugs.
Now my EQ seems lower than ever. It is hard for me to even get hard enough to do the squeezes in my workout and my erection subsides very quickly.
Because of this, I've taken a week off. I had some soreness form the side to sides since it was a new exercise, but that soreness has gone after rest. I was hoping a week off would restore my EQ, but it remains low. No morning or evening wood. No random boners. Weak boners if I try to get hard using imagination, and only get erections when i'm with my girlfriend.
Is this a PC issue? How do you know if you have a weak PC muscle or a tight PC muscle? I have no clue if I should be doing regular kegels or reverse.

What are some of the factors that can influence girth variations of approximately .25" ?
This happens to me sometimes, and I just can't understand why. I've been clamping lately and have lost some size. My theory is it is how my body responds to overtraining, but looking for some feedback.
ThanksStart (Jan 1st 2017): 7.0" BPEL x 5.1" MEG (17.8cm x 13cm) w/ 1" fat pad
Now (Oct 9th 2017): 7.5" BPEL x 5.43" MEG (18.5cm x 13.7cm) w/ .7" fat pad
Goal (Revised): 7.5" BPEL x 5.75" MEG (19.7cm x 14.7cm) w/ almost zero fat pad

The biggest stat to observe is EQ. While this sometimes gives clues as to whether or not one has pushed themselves too much within a cycle, it's an excellent barometer for other aspects- like immediate exhaustion effects.Originally posted by LeafyGreens View PostBig Al,

The next thing to be cognizant of is quality tissue stretch. The girth movement should elicit a tissue stretch similar in feel to what one would experience by performing an erect kegel.

I didn't rest at first and probably over-did it with side to sides the first few days. I then took a week off and am now beginning the jelq free routine. My EQ has improved a bit and I think it is because I've learned how to isolate back kegels better.
Urine flow is pretty slow, however. It seems like more kegels = better EQ but its tightening other things up. I still wonder if my BC is too tight. How do you get to balance on this?

Hi, Sir BigAl iam new to pgym , I have been doing JP90 routine for fourth week I yet have no change,when jelqing my Dick shrinks fast after two jelq I can't sustain 75% erection why is it like that, and can't get 100%erection for few minutes it shrinks fast , so I can't take measurement properly , iam going with 5day 2day off . now I stopped few days due to red bubble present in my Dick . is there any way to sustain erection for few minutes and when jelqing too I can't maintain erection for different exercise like 50%,60%,75% erection level can't able to sustain. it subsides fast flacid length also varies differently, different flacid getting in morning,evening,night it bulges and size varies of flacid length and morning normal and anyway to sustain erection I can update my status of my Dick kindly say about this.
