Would it be better to target length prior to girth even if girth was the first priority?
Would it be more likely for length gains to stay during girth-focused training than vice verca?Start Dec 11 2017:

Length gains are easier than girth gains, and initially girth increases as a consequence of increasing length, a sort of side effect. You have to cement your gains, length or girth.
One of my fears is that I will end up with a lot of skin, and a pseudo foreskin, I am not interested in restoring my non existent foreskin.

If you're looking to isolate length gains, then performing a "Length Only" routine for awhile will help you to isolate and accelerate gains in that area by allowing you to devote more recovery resources to it.Originally posted by shirt View PostWould it be better to target length prior to girth even if girth was the first priority?

If you're after both length and girth without one prioritized over the other, then train both.

Question - I have been doing this for like 10 years - I tell you this works - I have found that I have been getting so long "flaccid" - it seems to have stopped @ 7.6 hard - my flaccid is at time 7" (never less than 6") - with a small tug/pull - I am elated with it - almost embarrassing @ times...(can't wear tighty whities anymore - falls out the bottom) - is this normal - or OK that the flaccid is still gaining but erect seems to have stopped? This may be due to other things as well- improved EQ, a new sexual partner, etc.
