yes i meant a routine and also i've been doing basic stretches for 5 months now,these stretches (jp90 stretches) haven't given me any gains so i want to try something newOriginally posted by Big Al View PostA good set? The Squeeze would be a good exercise to use with this as it also stresses the tunica. Combine this with stamina work and you'll have a complete routine.

Hi Al, i have a anatomical question for you if you have the time. I just made some small progress by changing stretchin and hanging to sideways OTL only. After reading bib’s view on angles etc. But after viewing anatomical chart of the penis. I dont understand why this is benefitial. It seems like the susp.ligs. Should be the main restrictive factor. I feel the stretch like way up in my groin area. I know that it works but i would just like to know why.. please dont waste time to response if it’s a stupid question. Your question is definitely not stupid!
