Q. I’ve been considering your meCoach male enhancement coaching service for awhile now and wanted to ask about your Premium subscription option. What makes this different from the other types of memberships?
Premium members are entitled to weekly phone or skype chats. Live communication greatly increases the learning curve, and the dynamic nature of live conversation lends itself to a much more thorough consult experience.
Premium members get a more intensive experience. While standard members also get their journals reviewed regularly the Premium option is definitely not self paced! If you’re looking for a more disciplined, no-nonsense and serious approach to training, you’ll certainly be held to the highest standards with the Premium service experience!
Premium members get priority responses in the email queue.

Hi Big Al, I took my first day of rest after 12 days of training my routine is more or less like this:
Warm 5 Min Jelqing 20 Min /
Sqeezing 15 Reps + V Jelq 2x15 every sqeezing
Edging 10 Min
Warm down 5 Min
Kegeling 3 times day 200 reps per session + Revers 200 in the balance sheet.
The second day training is different:
Warm 5 Min
Stretching Side to Side 150 Reps
Jelqing 20 Min
Edging 10 Min
Warm down
I noticed an increase of one centimeter already in these days and also in girth..
Do you think it's too much 12 days of training in a row?

Training is very much about experimentation, and you should understand that you recover and grow from rest.
If the routine you're following is static (meaning you don't add reps, intensity, etc. each session), then at some point your penis won't be forced to grow.
If you feel you can train 12 days in a row without the need for rest then you may want to challenge yourself more.
