      It sounds as if your issue lies more with EQ. You'd do well to take a short rest, then resume training on a Stamina Only routine for a few weeks until your EQ is such to where you can begin a full routine effectively.

      • Hi BigAl sir, so I want to train my EQ and after seeing results in EQ then I want to start my JP routine . so that what you mean, before starting I have to say after doing this 4th week a red mark is seen on my Dick. After going the red mark , I want to start my stamina routine right .

          • Hi BigAl sir, I searched the link on morning but site can't be reached,now I had checked and seen it.so I want to do these exercise until i achieved better EQ and premature ejaculation control right , and if you can say the time for doing this will you kindly mention each time for it . 30 minutes time I have, can you arrange it in order to do the two exercises . or 1hour maximum .

            1) Kegels
            I want to sit or stand and take enough reps
            as a beginner to start with.in flacid state want to do right.

            2) Stop and Start (Edging)
            This should be done by getting a maximum erection and do till reached ejaculating state and when reached wait for urge to pass and continue masturbating till getting the urge and do three times and if wish ejaculate right.
            Should I want to ejaculate after it , I only ejaculate in sat and sun.this session should last for 20-25minutes right.

            3) Warm down
            5min or same as warmup time.

              Seated is fine. If you're new to kegeling you can attempt 5 reps to start.

              The 20-25 minute range is a recommended maximum. Attempt 5-10 minutes in your first session.

                        Kegels are meant to develop hardness and ejaculatory control- as well as developing the structures necessary to maintain an erection.

                        You should be avoiding any frivolous masturbation/ejaculation. This will help you optimize your libido and it should be easier for you to maintain an erection from there.

                        You shouldn't be kegeling to maintain the erection either- as this could become quite addicting.

                          I’m a new PEGYM member with lots of questions. If I’m in the incorrect thread, my apologies.

                          I’d like to know how one would go about fitting multiple types of exercises into their routine without exhausting the penis. I’m currently doing basic Jelqing, manual stretching and will be ordering a bathmate Friday. I’ve been looking into the LG hanger as well as LG ADS. My main question would be, is it better to use all of these incrementally (ie one week hang, next week jelq etc) or interchange daily (ie stretch morning, ADS throughout day, Jelq+Pump at night)???

                          • Welcome to the forum!

                            It would be best to stick to a particular routine/method for a period of a few weeks to test its effectiveness. Devices have their place, but IMO it would be efficient to get started with a manual beginner routine like the following: The Basic Training Penis Enlargement, Male Enhancement, and Stamina Routine

                            Once you get to the advanced phase, you can look into alternative methods for enlargement- like devices.

                            If you're just getting started but would still like to use your bathmate device, you can use it as a part of your warm up and warm down. Use for 5-7 minutes each with very warm water and moderate pressure.

                              • Hi BigAl Sir, I tried to do kegel in flacid state to get erect without touch but doesn't happen.when I tried to get erect by hands it will get erect but fades in seconds,so if continued in weeks should I get results by getting erect by hands and maintain for short period of time.and also able to maintain various percentage for different exercises.I will start stamina routine Monday onwards.when I performs the exercise routine should I want to get erect and maintain erection or do kegel in flacid before proceeding JP90 Routine .
