  • Hey Big Al!

    I read over the basic training manual you wrote and it certainly sounds like a routine I'd like to try... In my last post I left out that I've been Jelqing consistently for 6 weeks now and I'll be taking the 1 week layoff this Friday.

    Since I've been Jelqing for the 6 weeks already, should I just basically start my 6 weeks over again with this basic routine or would you say I've done enough pre-conditioning and am ready for advanced techniques? I feel pretty durable like I could handle more. I'd hate to maintain a low intensity routine when I should be amping it up.

      From what I've read on the forums, it sounds like you may be experiencing negative PI which is normal. It just means you've been doing too much of something and need to scale it down. Also, It's okay to kegal in flaccid state because it's the muscles that support the penis that need strengthening. I'd say Big Al may recommend kegal in erect state to target blood flow and expansion.

      This is just my opinion, let's see what the big man says!

        Also if you watch porn, stop. It could be causing a mental block.

        Porn is like junk food, the more you eat it the more you need it to feel satisfied. Compared to libido and erections, porn is like fuel that your brain now depends on to send signals to your penis telling it to get hard. Don't let porn dull your mind. I quit porn and even though it took me about a month to get back to normal, now I can literally look at myself in the mirror and become instantly hard if I want; I can tell it to go back down too if I want. Complete control now that I've taken my mind back. Good luck!

            If you can comfortably exceed the recommendations of the basic routine then you should be OK to move on to the more advanced routine.

              If a fully erect kegel is difficult then a kegel at a partial level of erection should suffice for the time being.

              • Hi BigAl Sir, So I can do in flacid state before getting an erection or after three days of kegel exercise the rest days should I want to get erect and find whether my Dick staying for short time.if it works can I masturbate in erect kegel state.

                • Hi BigChed, No I didn't do anything stuff like getting erritatted and I have been masturbating only in Sat and Sun.I watch porn and masturbate,so you are saying I want to avoid porn and without it I want to do. If avoided I can erect for more time you mean that.

                    • Hi BigAl Sir, I am starting the stamina routine Monday onwards.As you said I had taken rest for one week,iam looking forward to start the Stamina Routine.After started can I gradually take levels of Percentage for various exercise and when should I recognise that I have reached High EQ.When should i start the JP90Routine.

                        • hey Big Al, was wondering if you coach individuals that use devices? I have phallosan forte, Dp-4000, stealth for men, and LG hanger and would love to be coached using all of these devices the most sufficient way as possible without injuring myself.
