        A few days off should be sufficient unless your EQ is overly taxed.

        • Hello.. I didn't want to start a new thread, so I ask here.

          I was wondering, if someone could tell me what's better routine..

          Routine 1: consists of penis extender 5 days a week up to 5 hours a day + Bathmate (3x5mins with full erection) + 50 kegels

          Routine 2: consists of 40 minutes excercise - stretching (2-5 minutes) + jelqing (10 minutes) + Bathmate (3x5mins with full erection) + 50 kegels -------> on this routine I could have a possibility to wear extender during day for let's say 2 hours top.. but I'm not sure if it's going to be useful


          Which of these is better?

              i actually haven't had any EQ issues during the run of that routine.

              about the 3x20.

              how often is weight escalated? is it every time said routine is done?

              like say i hang 5 pounds on a Monday; Tuesday is girth day, Wednesday is a rest day; is the weight supposed to be escalated slightly on that Thursday that the length routine is done?

                  Which of these is better?
                  Test out the exercise routine first. If you have no training background then starting with the most time efficient methods would be to your benefit.

                    Once you hit 3 sets of 20 you add about 10% and drop the time to 3x10. Then you begin the process over again with the new weight setting.

                          • You can use the pump to warm up, and it can be used for as little as 5 minutes to do so. You don't want to overdo the warm up to the point to where your penis start getting exhausted before you even begin the main work.

                              Going to start jelq in few days but for now I used device. I guess it's been already somewhere covered but still I am not sure about sensation.

                              I put my flaccid (really soft) penis into tube, I pump it and it becomes hard. Erection is without my mind. Is that "normal" physical behavior of the penis?
                              I thought about making pancakes, and still my penis would be almost ready to find woman around
                              After few minutes of medium pressure (I found non-painful one) my penis was redder than usual and after the end it became normal. It is weird as I read many men have "fatter" penis few hours after Bathmate. Not in my case. Is it because I have done only Bathmate without jelq yet?

                                You shouldn't expect to be able to retain temporary gains for long from your first few sessions. Give yourself time to adapt to using the device. Some have gone on to be able to pump to huge dimensions temporarily- and are able to retain the state with slow dissipation for several hours.
