That's a good point. IK's happens when I touch the penis, otherwise I don't feel my PV tense during the day.
I think it's the automatic response of "stimulation equals IK" that is the real problem. So how to retrain the body to not kegel when it feels the stimulation on the penis?
I still didn't tryed a desenticized condom, I might give it a try to see how my PV responds during masturbation.

I have the same. This makes me think more and more that I have a short (or/and too sensitive) frenulum problem. I suppose my PF is a way more relaxed than several weeks ago, however IKs are still overwhelming as soon as I feel pleasure in the frenulum and when I stimulate the glans at full erection... What I find interesting is that IKs occur only in the BC muscle (right under the penis) - but maybe that's normal, I don't know.
