    That's a good point. IK's happens when I touch the penis, otherwise I don't feel my PV tense during the day.
    I think it's the automatic response of "stimulation equals IK" that is the real problem. So how to retrain the body to not kegel when it feels the stimulation on the penis?
    I still didn't tryed a desenticized condom, I might give it a try to see how my PV responds during masturbation.

    I have the same. This makes me think more and more that I have a short (or/and too sensitive) frenulum problem. I suppose my PF is a way more relaxed than several weeks ago, however IKs are still overwhelming as soon as I feel pleasure in the frenulum and when I stimulate the glans at full erection... What I find interesting is that IKs occur only in the BC muscle (right under the penis) - but maybe that's normal, I don't know.

      That's possible. I'll read about frenulum tie and give it a try. I'm not considering surgery to cut my frenulum... at least not now.

        Pelvic floor exercises is the way, it does delete IKs, i had a IK Every time i touched My glans, now i dont.

        If you get intense or frequent iks you are tense in your pelvic floor.

        To you who say it doesnt feel like your tense, muscle memory...

        I just started balancing a Month ago and i didnt think i felt tense either, booy were i wrong...

          I tend to contract my abs during RK too. Is this a bad or incorrect means of creating pressure to do RKs??

            Did the IKs tend to occur more in the front (BC) or in the back (PC) of the PF? Maybe PF exercises work well for the rear part and not for the front?
            What makes me confused about your case is that you've got rid of PE after only a month of PF exercises! That's hard to believe for a guy like me and, what is more, after reading all this stories here of people who have been struggling (and working on it faithfully!) for years and still are not cured...

              I contract my abs too, but it's hard to do this movement during sex because you can't breath properly. Also even stretching the BC muscle, the tension it creates can also make you cum faster if you're near the PONR.
              Some people say it's possible to isolate the RK to push the BC muscle without using the abs. I have no ideia about how to do it... I feel nothing when I try to push my BC muscle without contracting my abs.

                My spasms was only in the front.
                The thing is that i cut of kegels 100%

                I havent even had a kegel for 1 Month now, not even involuntary (except at orgasm) i only do RK and hindu cause My case was severe

                      I struggle to think of anyone who has worked consistently for years without considerable improvement . Can you send me a link to there log ? I have seen people do the headless chicken thing or train very intermittently for years with little improvement . But then the same would happen with any other form of training .
                      Ability to isolate rk with less ab involvement increases with training.
                      Everyones frenulum is sensitive it's the bodies reaction to it that can be problematic and this is changed with training.

                        Did you made arousal training too?
                        Your progress is impressive man. I can last longer edging but sex is still a "problem", my IKs are unstoppable when I'm too aroused.

                          I did rks in hindu yes, i Also edged but not much, the problem was tension.

                          The thing is, it Might seem sick, but it didnt Go 1 minute without me thinking or feeling if My pelvic floor was clenched. I constantly rked, some breaks yes but i stretched incredibly often

                            What else is interesting is that moderate tension in pf seems to increase libido by loads if it doesnt Go overboard.

                            Everyone ive been with has Said that My libido is unusually high and i believe it Might be because of the tension.

                            Now that i am rid of much of it, My libido seems normal, i think This is My "true personality" maybe you Also feel that kegels increase arousal and libido for the moment

                              I do agree with you on this awell man, since I am "kinda in control" of my IK's, I can look at pictures of beautiful woman without my arousal shooting through the roof! I can not wait to see where I will be in a month or 2! Fuck I wish I found this site when I was 20!
