Those two helped but so did many many other things like not masturbating to porn, not sitting(especially on a hard chair) while masturbating, reverse kegels, ballooning, rubbing my sweet spot, etc.... but there is nothing as important as edging during sex with a patient/caring GF who gives you constant sex. How did you perform your RKs? I never know exactly if I'm doing them correctly.
I push it with my abs until I feel the BC muscle expanding. I can't make it expand during without using my abs. And these RKs where I push with my abs have little effect to stop the IKs during masturbation/sex, actually sometimes I feel the BC gets even more tense and it quickens ejaculation.

I seriously don`t believe so much in pelvic floor exercises.I believe IK`s are a symptom, not a cause of PE.When I did sex with desenticized condome, I have almost zero IK, and my PF is sooo relaxed.I don`t have this kind of arousal in my penis, therefore my pelvic floor doesnt receive strong signals, therefore, I don`t have IKs.

I even have delayed orgasm atm but erections are only 7/10 so now its time to start doing kegels with Those rks to get strength.
I always thought i had a strong pelvic floor but i realized i was just tense and that i am pretty weak.

How long could you last during sex before you did these exercises, if you don't mind me asking?

I think it's the automatic response of "stimulation equals IK" that is the real problem. So how to retrain the body to not kegel when it feels the stimulation on the penis?
I still didn't tryed a desenticized condom, I might give it a try to see how my PV responds during masturbation.

would you say you contributed your success to jelqing and deathgrip edging without lube? If so, could you edge everyday? I can go like 2 days then my dick is really sore. Your imput will be appreciated.
