    I always ejaculate at the end with my girlfriend. I mean edging with her during sex. You have sex until you feel like you're getting close to the PONR and then you slow down or stop and then start up again. You do that as many times as you can and that way you start getting used to lasting longer and longer with her.
    Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
    Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
    I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

      how long till you saw good improvements? currently im only doing reverse kegels for around a week now and saw no improvement in lasting longer

        ...maybe you should try rk in addition to hindu squat.

        Few people on here have success with this.

        (also 1 week isn't very long, so maybe just need more time )

            I was exactly the same iceclimber, just rewire.

            Also you should do rks if you get iks, but holding a RK during stimulation Will make you even more sensitive, you should aim for relaxation

              I have exactly the same! Which is quite frustrating, because it seems very hard to reprogramme the mind... I also used to masturbate rapidly (very often without an erection) with a lot of kegels. It must have done a lot of damage to the "muscle memory".

                  At first you may feel desensitized when Edging without kegels, just keep it up, i am starting to enjoy the stimulation without kegels now

                    Yes sometimes I can stop the IKs and I feel almost nothing on my penis, even lose erection.
