    No idea I'm afraid, but I can tell you I've never had much, if any pre-cum, yet still had severe PE. In answer to your earlier question, I haven't exercised regularly for months, although I've had a lot more sex than this time last year, yet still my PFMs have weakened and I totally notice I can't hold a strong kegel for as long now.

    Further note on the MDMA experiment.. same result again. Took a while to get hard, but three times in a row, effortless control, 20 mins or so of non-stop pumping each time, then choosing to finish. I'm guessing SSRIs have much the same effect? Can anyone confirm or deny?

    Did a little bit more afterwards, and didn't get as high by a long way, but I couldn't even cum after banging away for like 30 minutes and basically gave up in the end. Still damn nice, but it would have been good to finish - it would have been a big one!

    I don't want to recommend drugs as a treatment, I want to be able to teach myself this sort of control, but after a lot of work, and realising that your pelvic floor muscles fatigue if you don't keep up the exercises (at least mine did), that keeping up your kegels, if this is the only natural solution, is a lifetime's commitment, and well the serotonin approach is by far the easiest and most immediate fix I've found yet. Frankly, be it club drugs or prescription SSRIs (assuming they work the same) I'm quite happy to take a pill that cheers me up a little and completely turns my sex life around

    Now I wouldn't be surprised if my raver past and numerous pills as a youngster were to blame for me having the problem in the first place. That's not to say that it would necessarily be the same for everyone, nor that taking E's is necessarily the only reason since we're all varied a little in our chemistry, people have excesses of this hormone and that, inability to produce this hormone and that. So it's possible, if this is behind it, or at least behind the PE I've had, that my past might have exacerbated a problem.

    I'm going to try much smaller amounts in the near future to maybe find out a) how much is needed, and b) if significantly less doesn't affect my ability to get hard whilst still providing the control.

    Also have to wonder if, conversely, me being hurt and unhappy from my (now not so) recent breakup also had a negative effect on my stamina - ony because serotonin is a happy neurotransmitter, and I haven't had too much happy lately.

      ou can have as much or as little pre cum as you like it make no difference that I can see. Certainly it is possible to have an erection lasting hours, prolonged sex with mmo etc with a ton of pre cum. Where do you guys get this stuff?

      Note: Practicing PC muscular exercises will stimulate the bulborethral glands to produce more pre-cum and thus, trigger the prostate's ejaculation duct/valve to ripen (open) for ejaculation of semen. This exercise is good for women, but bad for men.

      so any idea how do you reduce or eliminate ?

      You can have prolonged erections ,prolonged sex with mmo with a ton of pre cum . Of course achieveing mmo without pelvic floor exercises is rare. So basically I disagree with everything you have said.

          I understand. I didn't seek it out, I stumbled on something that was 100% effective immediately, so I'm checking it out. It would be foolish of me to ignore it, I remain open minded to anything, but at the end of the day, I haven't had sex that was that fulfilling for a very long time so you can hardly blame me for exploring.

          Either way, the self-awareness this year has taught me is still invaluable, and should I try for MMO again there's obviously no magic pill for that (except perhaps removal of my prostate ?!) All I'm doing is sharing the truth of how after years of sex being an awkward or challenging exercise, I tried something that made porn star sex possible for me... just like that. It would be rude of me not to.

            those are not from me...copy from a site which supposedly from a doctor?

            ....i have been doing alot puzzle like searching and i kinda agree with spanky on serotonin

            it doesn't make sense to me that some who doesn't train their pelvic floor exercise/ didn't know such exercise exist manage to last a long time while some others don't (not mmo)

              you don't need drug to increase serotonin.....there is alot of natural way

              i read somewhere that taking ssri long term will reduce your sex drive, delay orgasm and such

                Spanky, I must admit that I find your recent posts both interesting and disturbing. You are headed in a direction that feels very dangerous to me. I understand your excitement but please use extreme caution.

                  Messing with a chemical that affects neurotransmition, formation of nuerotransmiters, or the re uptake of such neurotransmitters is very dangerous. Most people in medicine really have no idea of how they work and the long term consequences of such treatments; they just use them for now because people are a bit wacky. And I thought what I did when I was young was bad; it don't stand up to what you young guys are doing now. Do any of you want to live a long life and be somewhat normal? It doesn't look that that!

                        It would be a bitter irony if you found what you thought was the easiest and simplest solution but ended up hurting yourself irreparably with it, and caused others who followed in your footsteps to also injure themselves.

                        The problem with drugs is that they have multiple, often unknown effects, some of which can take a long time to show up. I figure that "better safe than sorry" is the smart way to go with drugs of all kinds (even the legal ones). You only get one body, it is a real shame to screw it up. I am old enough to remember when everyone said "oh, cigarettes are fine for you, nobody has ever shown that they do anything bad." Just a thought.

                          Of course, and I respect your thoughts, but it isn't a given. Marijuana is illegal, but alcohol and guns are legal in the US. Indeed in many countries. It's legal for banks to bankrupt entire countries. But it's illegal for more than five people or so to to dance to music with "repetitive beats" in a field in the UK. The law is an ass.

                          I do know that nobody should follow in my footsteps blindly. My lifestyle is my own and not something I should recommend. I severely stunted my emotional development as a young man with drugs, and I regret that a lot. That's half the reason why I had my first heartbreak at 36, and why it was (and still is) so hard.

                            Taken from Coping with Premature Ejaculation: How to Overcome PE, Please Your Partner & Have Great Sex. I'm not plugging the book but having read a bunch I feel it is the most scientific but certainly not the most optimistic.
                            Premature ejaculation is ejaculation in less then 2 minutes of intercourse. So as far as the 'experts' are concerned if you ejaculate is 30 second receiving oral it is not premature ejaculation. Ha! And the average IELT (intravaginal ejaculation latency time) is 2-7 minutes (Lieblum and Rosen 1989). I don't know the clinically defined time for delayed ejaculation but I've read in some places it is the inability to orgasm within 30 minutes of intercourse. There are several different types of PE.

                            Neurological PE- Essential the nervous system in these men is wired to bring on the reflex of ejaculation more quickly. I believe I fall into this group. These men are lifelong premature ejaculators. 91 percent of men with lifelong PE have a first relative (father or brother) with PE. There are physiological differences in these men as compared to the norm, for example they have a faster bulbocavernoses reflex.

                            Physical Illness PE- A form of acquired PE caused mainly by urologic illness.

                            Physical Injury PE- An injury to the body's nerves causes loss of control.

                            Drug Side-Effect PE- Caused by withdrawal from certain drugs like tranquilizers, opiates, pseudoephedrine. PE occurs in all situations.

                            Psychological System PE- Occurs throughout a man's life and usually in all situations. Heavy duty problems like PTSD, OCD, bipolar, and more. Most men do not fall into this group.

                            Psychological Distress PE- Caused by temporary psychological issues like acute depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder. They say it doesn't take much psychological stress to disrupt sexual functioning. This type of PE is akin to the question of who came first the chicken or the egg?

                            Relationship Distress PE- Just what it sounds like. It can either be the cause of PE or occur in conjunction with another form. I think that most men with PE have this type at the same time whether it is the main cause or not.

                            Psychosexual Skills Deficit PE- This is lack of knowledge about your PONR, sensations, desires, and much of what I have seen on this sight is learning and improving these skills. If this is the cause of your PE which I don't think that it would be unless you are very young edging and kegels should be all you need to conquer it.

                            Mixed PE- PE and ED together. They say you can develop on because of the other irrespective of which came first. Treatment of ED is prioritized then PE.

                            I'm just going to delve into the neurological PE for now and will add treatments for the other forms later. The authors emphasize adding a routine of kegels and a sensate focus exercises. I am rereading this now as I have committed to curing myself. They recommend 10 kegels taking three seconds to tighten and three seconds to relax three times per day. Then to improve control visualize your PC contraction on a scale of 1-10. 1 is relaxed 5 is medium and 10 is tight. Pick 3 points to stop at and hold that level of contraction for 3 seconds, say 10-1-5-1-7-1. When this is easy move to 5 stopping points 10-1-5-1-8-1-3-1-9-1. The sensate focus exericise is a progressive form of basic edging that I will post in detail at some point.

                            Then they get into medical treatment with drugs. SSRI's, anti-anxiety medications (help less than 10% of men), anesthetic creams, and a combination treatment (viagra with anesthetic creams).

                            Italian neurologists La Pera and Nicastro (1996) developed a routine of pelvic muscle training similar to one used for incontinence. Involving biofeedback, electrostimulation, and pelvic floor exercises. It is given in 20 sessions three times per week and helps 60% of men. This reinforces the need and benefit of pelvic floor training.

                              Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
                              Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
                              I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

                                Great post, i don't suffer from Pre E but i did at one time for a short period, and now i want to learn how to improve my stamina. I seem to get too excited and not properly control myself, or over stimulated when things get faster etc.

                                I need to:
                                1: Stop the porn
                                2: Light Kegel routine on both reverse and normal, already did this a bit but still sometimes involutarily kegel
                                3: Learn my arousal levels - i think this would be extremely useful
                                4: Give Edging and Balooning a go for a month to see how far i come.
                                and finally 5: Focus on breathing in other times other than sex or masturbation, so that it becomes a subconcious thing.

                                I will post with updates on how it all goes!
