Hey guys and gals. I apologize for the long delay. Life variables came into play and I haven't been able get here lately. I have completely changed my opening thread though. It is almost 6,000 characters (10 pages in microsoft word) and I spent almost four hours on it. There are sure to be mistakes, possible inaccuracies and such.
Also, I didn't even mention kegels, reverse kegels, inner abdominal exercises, or anything related to penis exercises in my thread. All of those are important so is breathing correctly as well as body posture during sex/masturbation. So, there is a lot more to be covered. I just spent my entire afternoon writing that up though. So, I am going to go eat. Then come back to post my first month gains in size (in a different thread of course). Hopefully everybody is not too pissed about the delay.

1: Not sexually excited. For example, playing sports, grocery shopping, watching movies, basically normal activities.
3: Sexually excited in the sense that I see something I like. I lift weights and am thankful that the stretching mat is in the back of the room and the stair steppers are just in front of that. Other machines are off to the side but a mirror is behind them. I get to see a lot of tight booty when I am preparing to lift. That is some great motivation for me. So, this isn't sexually excited in the sense that you can do anything with your guy at this point. It is simply that you see something you like.
5: Moderate erection. Your penis isn't "hard" but it is getting there. When you are naked your penis would be less than straight out from you body (perpendicular with your body, parallel with the floor of the room you are in).
7: 90-100% *Perceived erection. I say perceived because sometimes people think they have a solid 100% erect penis when it really isn't. I used to think my penis was 100% erect before I started PE. In all honest it was probably 85% erect. Very hard, I couldn't bend it, but now my dick is really hard. It is pretty sweet. At this level erection you are almost 100% hard (your perception of your hardest state so far in life) however it is the psychological sense of arousal we are concerned with here. So, you are completely hard and able to have sex but your arousal is manageable. So, masturbating is perfect example. You are hard and you are stroking away and you are comfortable. You don't feel like coming you are just hard and sexually aroused.
9: Intense feeling of pleasure. At this point, you are a few strokes away from the point of no return (PONR). You know you about to come and you get a cup, tissues, or whatever ready. You are just seconds away from coming (as in 1-3 seconds)
10: Is the actual orgasm.
I can tell you two years ago when I got a blowjob I went from 5 to 10 in about two seconds. But, when I masturbated back then I went from 5 to 10 in about 5 minutes. I sure wish I would have learned this stuff along time ago. I didn't understand my erection, my arousal, or excitement, and I just hoped and prayed I could last longer. Eff all of that stuff. Dig into the way your biology expression itself through your brain physiology. Come to understand the scale, then attempt to maintain a level 7 at all times during sex and masturbation. level 7 is the place to be until your partner start begging you to come. You will get to the point that you can have a quicky or you can last 40 minutes and you will choose when to come. You will have complete control. It may take a couple of months to last more than 30mins but it is well worth it. And it may require you change your diet too (such as eliminating soda and other sucrose/high fructose corn syrup calories from your diet; I gave up "energy" drinks and soda a long time ago. I feel better too).

I am not understanding your question. Have you started the week one journey? What is involved in week one is extremely important. I know it is possible I wasn't explicitly clear on a lot of items. Such as pressure to use when masturbating, complete duration of sessions, ect. Just want to be able to help you, and others. After all, if you have a question then it is very reasonable to predict there are more people with the same question. Basically, I want to know what else you are interested in? Is it the inner ab routine that I do? Kegels? Is there something in the OP that I can better explain? Let me know and I will get to work on it. FYI, I do not have internet at home. I am at the public library here. That limits my ability to respond quickly. However, you can get started on week one today. and I agree with you about the college thing. I think this is the perfect opportunity for me to ask a reasonable request from everyone. I spend some of my free time reading, writing, providing information, looking up scientific articles to support my claims, and then relaying that to you guys here. It is tiresome work and I only do it because it is beneficial to a large number of people here. I am only trying to help and I just request that everyone at least be a little patient with me.
Some if this is a lot of hard work. I mean, I essentially research articles that have nothing to do with the penis and then I begin to think of tangible ways that this could be applied to overcoming premature ejaculation or even accelerating my gains in penis exercises. Considering I have gained 11mm in length in six weeks, I believe my routine, mental and physical, is working.
I suffered from PreE too. If I stray away from practicing, or I don't consciously think of my arousal then I tend to get trigger happy still. So, keep in mind, that for anything I make a claim about, I research and have scientific evidence that supports my claim even if the articles seem unrelated at first glance.
Brief example: in the article below it is talking about how suppressing certain feelings can lead to a hyperaccessibility of other related feelings as well as the feeling you are trying to suppress. I read this article today; it is just made me think about how thinking about "ejaculating" actually makes you ejaculate more quickly. Clearly, this article isn't a neurobiological article but it provides more evidence to the NLP claim that you should think more positively and perhaps think about reducing your arousal level from 9...to 8...to 7 as your conscious experience is dictated by your neurphysiological responses. Anyway, sometimes it takes a lot of work to come to a conclusion. Other times it is simple. Just be patient with me. However, I welcome any question. If you knew me in real life, you would also know that I am not even too concerned with talking about these things to friends or even strangers. The problem is, some people just believe it is taboo so I don't talk to them about it. That's life, huh?

Like in week one when you say to lower your arousal, do you slow down or stop till you feel its gotten 9 to 7 or so?

I think in the beginning you should stop completely. So, during week one I would stop completely for at least 15 seconds when you reach 9. When I get up to level 9 I tell myself, "Lower this *thing. 9...8...7..." then I start masturbating again but I go slower than the previous set. I say "thing" and not arousal, erection, or any sexual related term because I want to be ambiguous. Moreover, once you do get to seven, don't just rush to get going again, take joy in the experience that you successfully reduced your arousal level. Be happy with your progress. Seriously. I know I sound like I am in some exaggerated-hippy-induced state, but I really had to start complementing myself before I saw some impressive gains in lasting power.
I had a friend that did some of these things and he lasted 1-2 minutes years ago. Now, he can last right about 3 hours. And yes, they need lube. A couple of times they had to leave to go get lube. haha, different women of different cultures and they keep coming back to him. he is not the "sexiest" guy in the world, but women stick around a lot more often than before. Good luck. Keep me posted too. I have seen benefits from this and so has my friend. We are both pretty stressed individuals so that is likely the cause of our premature ejaculation. Although, he is completely cured from it. He has completely "updated" is brain with new "programming." I am not guaranteeing that this will work for everyone. the only way I could guarantee that is if I could see exactly what each one of you were doing and provide pointers. I must be honest, I am not interested in looking at other men masturbate for free. If it were part of a medical experiment and it was a part of my job and we had standardized parameters and such; then I would not have a problem in the name of science. Honestly, my true devotion in life is to science. That is how this world is progressing. I’ve applied your advices for ten days now. To sum up : so far, it’s awesome.
First of all I’ll have to apology about the way I write. I’m new here, and I’m French, 24, and I try to improve my English skills but I’m far of being fluent.
My PreP at the beginning of my sexual life : the first time I wanted to have sex with my gf I was so excited that I came when I put the condom… and I was soft…(french lover hun ?).
I’ve read a lot of stuff about PreE, male multiple orgasm, dry orgasm… Both in French and in English : Mantak Chia books, Barbara Keesling book, web pages, ebooks material, forum and so forth. I’ve experiment a lot of way to teach my body and my brain how to last longer in bed, I’ve made a lot of mistake all along my path.
About Byggd method :
The level 7 thing is just amazing.
One of the most effective advice in Biggd post, in my opinion, is to think when you’re too excited i “I want to lower my e level to a 7”, and not “I don’t want to c”. The effect is terrific. And I can testify:
3 days ago my current gf came to my home. I haven’t seen her since a month, so one month without sex (at least in duo), and usually I live with her, so I have sex almost every day, often several time in a day. No need to say that I was a little anxious about how things (will go), cause I doesn’t want her to be disappointed. Well she came (not in that way guy, at least not yet). I was really excited, I mean even kissed her was amazing, I felt like a teenager again. We made love for a full hour (wich is pretty good for me), half blowjob and boobsjob (does that word even exist?), half intercourse, all very exciting (I don’t think that’s the word…). Anyway she came several times, finally one with me, when I was inside her. All I’ve done is apply the level 7 technique.
What I do when I masturbate:
- Blindfolded and earplugs in my ears. I just want to concentrate on : my brain, my body, what I feel ;
- Baby oil, but I like with noting to;
- Level 7 all the time, ALL THE TIME ;
- Positions : sitting, laying down, standing, on my knees
- I say out loud thing such as : “how good it is to be able to make love as long as I want” or “I can make love for hours because I’ve got a perfect control of my erection” (well, in French of course). I think this really help both to (recondition your brain), and to increase you self-confidence.
- I try 5 more minutes at each cession (I start with 20 minutes, now it’s 40’) ;
- 4 days basis routine: 2 days without coming, 1 day I blow my load, 1 day I rest. I don’t m every day because I believe that day after an ej your pe is too sensitive, and its net effective to “work” in that conditions.
- Kegel 2 day basis routine : 1 day on (40% Kegel, 60% RKegel), 1 day off (just as for workout, best way to built muscles in my opinion)
Once again, I apologies for my lack of vocabulary / grammar skills.
I think I will continue to report my impressions and progress, probably in this thread, because I’m pretty decided to stick to that technique, which seems to work with me.
I just read the updated post, and I will start week two today, but I’m a little scared with the “porn step”, because I think porn is one of the causes why I ejaculate too soon…
