This is a technique for applying reverse kegels during sex to relax your pelvic floor muscles without having to think or focus on it.

The point is to practice this technique out of sex so that it becomes second nature when actually having sex.

So on to the technique... It’s really rather simple.

    1. Make yourself comfortable because you’re going to be in that position for at least 10-15 min or maybe even longer, It’s really quite relaxing.

    2. Once you’re comfortable begin to focus on your breathing (slow deep breaths) and on your IN breath push a light reverse kegel and then on your OUT breath relax.

    3. There is no 3. It’s that simple, just keep focusing on your breathing and doing step 2. If your mind wanders just bring it back.

When doing this technique during sex or edging it will help keep your muscles in a neutral state.

Do this from the start and all the way through BEFORE you reach the PONR.

Like I said at the start, if you practice this regularly out of sex you won’t even need to think about doing it during sex you’ll be able to do it unconsciously. Plus like all meditation it has the added benefit of reducing stress which can also be a factor in Pre E.

I just want to say that this works! I tried it today while edging for 25 minutes and I didn't even reach the PONR. Usually, I reach it at around 15 minutes, stopping a few seconds from time to time, but with this technique, I didn't stop but still I was in complete control. I guess that during sex it will be harder to do, but I will try as soon as I can and tell you the result.

Any feedback that you can share from your experience?

      • If its more comfortable and natural to do the reverse kegel on my out breath can I do that? Its much easier to do it that way, almost second nature instantly, however does this still help?

yes pegasus! This is the best way of doing a reverse kegel. Some people try to Rk while having normal breathing thats why they do not feel anyyhing.
if someone is trying Rk for first time in life then You need to first do a hindi squat for few minutes which will make it easy to RK.
              Then do Reverse Kegel Breathing.
You will feel it within couple of days.

              • I was doing this the other night during sex and my girlfriend gave me a bewildered look and said, "what the hell are you doing that's creeping me out" haha I just completely got in the zone with my breathing and enjoying the sensations of sex more so I would of being deep breathing with my eyes closed with a weird smile on my face haha.

Great resource though. I'm planning on trying to do it with some fowfers lying in bed at night

                • are you sure its not reverse kegel on the exhale. It just makes more sense and feels more natural this way. I find it extremely difficult reverse kegeling when inhaling. Anyone else?

I might not be an authority on this but, from my own experience, I'd say that ideally you want to be at a point where you can expand or contract your PF whether inhaling or exhaling. If you struggle now to RK while inhaling, just know that it takes time and effort to get to that point.
