Hey imac, I just do not understand how to do the reverse kegel hold for longer amounts of time. I seem to only be able to do it when I am breathing in and not out so it is impossible to hold for that long on the breath in only. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

there is a problem if im doing it while edging (doing the method for 25-35 minuts) ?

Start with less reps and time , increase gradually sessions after sessions. What was the schedule? (one on one off etc..)

Yes. They push out the muscles which responsible for peeing, pooing, farting, kegels pull or clench which hold them back.
Let rip, just don't push too hard, those farts may become sharts.

I've been having some decent results with deep squats and stretches, but everyone always mentions meditative RKs in their success stories so should probably try this on more, too.
One question, though - should I try and do this throughout the day? Because obviously I'm not totally relaxed done there when I'm driving or walking or sitting in an uncomfortable chair.
So basically I should constantly do this? And ideally, at some point should be relaxed all the time? Tight pelvic floor is a real issue for me, so I'll try everything I can.

Do them when your walking, driving etc if you want, but do them in a separate routine where you're focusing on them alone as well.

It can be it's own routine or something to add to your routine. Personally i think it's better at it's own routine, medative rk's can help you with controlling breathing and isolating from the abs, so over time you won't need to do med rk's. I do rk's in most positions without tension in the abs and without difficulty breathing, lying down on my back causes the abs to tense and more difficulty fully pushing out so that's where my focus is.

My rks are too weak to counter my current sweetspot iks (pressure and release on the edge of the head gives me enourmos dick jumping iks, but it seems to get better). I tried to use my abs, but that gets into breathing properly and they just weaken the iks. Now the question: If I do this in the rhythm of breathing properly while edging, does it still relax the pelvic floor so that iks won't hurt that much? Because I am doing them already when I think of them like while watching TV, just to get the feeling and it feels quite more relaxed, but I am doubting I understand fully how to apply them properly while edging. My iks occur both, when pushing into the stu (pressure glides over head and then suddenly releases (also when doing it slowly)) and when pulling back (head is bigger than shaft so stu sucks kind of on edges of my head). I hope I am not confusing anyone, I am just trying to explain my current problem.
