    You will get a tennis ball. I don't need to say it but as a precaution let me tell you to be careful with it don't exert too much pressure on the pelvis floor. also try to find a soft cushion or a sofa set, it will be good for the massage.

        Tennis ball massage looks like a good idea to try out. Is there a guide I can find somewhere? and any recommendations you could give to help me out with starting?

          It is very simple. Find a regular tennis ball and a soft sofa to sit on. Place the ball in the middle of the sofa, sit on the ball in a way that your pelvic region comes exactly on the BALL. Move your pelvis back and forth. Try not to put too much pressure or you will feel pain in the beginning. Be Gentle. Do it for 10-15 minutes every other day. It will take a week at least to see the progress.

              Massage the area between the anal opening and the testis. Small area but important area.

                I had amazing results with the massage especially after the first week. I can now control my IKs better and still getting better each time. Totally recommend this to anyone who is struggling to overcome his PE.

                  Is anyone here started to feel some pain in pennis after a while with tennis ball massage? I dont know if thats the reason but ive started to feel some pain in the pc muscle and it goes to my pennis as well. I have difficult to get urine out and sometimes(it can be in the morning or during the day) my penis become painful and it change to wierd shape like it getting squeezed from inside.(hard to explain)
                  What do you think?

                    Its quite normal to feel a slight pain in the pc muscle for the next 30 minutes after doing the message but pain in the penis that is strange but "getting squeezed from inside" probably happens because after you do the message your pc muscle is too tired and strong IKs start to happen that is quite normal.
                    How long are you doing the massage and what is the range of motion you going for? and the most important are you doing it daily (you shouldn't)?

                      I have a question about the area you're targeting with the tennis ball massage. Is any part of it harder if you're touching with fingers

                        Do you mean harder as in the muscle is more transparent? You can easily know the targeted area by lifting your scrotum up and keep adjusting the ball until you can feel that most of the muscle is getting worked by the massage. Its most likely in the middle between your anus and the scrotum. Try to move the ball as much as you can while doing the massage to work more of the muscle

                          I did feel some pain ranging from the pelvic up to the Glans but after a week it was over. Its was probably due to the soreness of the pelvic muscles as itsnotme said but be sure to give your pelvic some rest. I do it every other day.

                              I mean harder to the touch. If I'm poking the area between the anus and scrotum, I feel a harder spot nearer the anus
                              Going for that boing factor.

                                For me its all the same (hardness wise) but the more you touch closer to the scrotum the more you will be able to feel the muscle.
