I need to incorporate this asap. I have such stubborn IK's that even going over a bump in my car trigger them. Lol. Or just seeing an attractive girl. They is baaaaad. Yea I do rk's and stay away from kegals. The reverse kegals have helped keep me relaxed throughout the day but haven't conquered the IK's yet.lol. trying to figure out my pelvic floor has been harder than a virgin trying to find the clitoris. Hey Watson thx for all ur post their really insightful . I also suffer from bad PE and have terrible IK's while edging with my fleshlight STU . I also have chances to have real sex with girls often but choose not to due to performance anxiety . So my question is I know the best practice is really with a girl a true vagina b/c I look as having sex as still a training session to help me last longer learn how to last longer and what a girl likes. Using my STU I can barely last 3 minutes without reaching PONR then I use start stop method edge for about 30 mins or so. My consistency is a issue due to school n basketball by the time I get home I'm really tired . No excuse tho if I really wanna cure my PE I have to grind. So the tennis ball massage and constant edging with my STU will help cure my PE? Is the start stop method good until I get enough stamina to do plateau edging? And also the tennis ball I don't have a chair that has handles but I can use my hands to hold me up and just place the tennis ball on the middle of the pillow in between the area where ur balls and ass are . All my edging sessions i have used start stop method. It is of great help for premature ejaculators like us. With time the urge to stop will decrease. The tennis ball massage and constant edging with stu will definitely help you, but you will have to add some more exercises like triangular breathing, reverse kegels and deep squats. Now the tennis ball massage, if you don't find a chair with arms don't worry you can do it in many other ways.
1) Sit in a squat position hold a tennis ball in one hand on roll it under your pelvic.
2) Or lay on your either side, with your comfortable hand roll the tennis ball under your pelvic.
3) If you don't have a chair with hands you can support yourself by holding the edges of the sides of the chair (Like you are doing).
And the little section you are targeting is the pelvic floor and yes you are targeting the correct area. Do this 15 minutes once a day and every other day. With time you can increase the duration.

I tried massaging the area with my fingers like Wishful suggested yesterday for a 20-30 minutes (high duration because of low pressure). Until now its great, I get less IKs and I feel like the area is slightly sore, so I suggest people to try this while doing the tennis ball massage as well.

That's great itsnotme. The soreness will be over in a day or two.
