  • For Those With Extremely Stubborn IKs During Edging

    Hi Guys,

    I am having severe case of Pre Ejac. Stubborn iks is one of the many causes of my Pre Ejac. I worked very hard to gain few minutes and got success but i was not satisfied because while edging i had to be extremely careful not to reach ponr where i would usually fail. My failure was mainly due to terrible IKs while edging. Nothing helped me though i concentrated on rks for very long but to no avail, rks didint help me at all. Every time when i would start my edging session right from the beginning iks would start and i would reach ponr making edging very difficult for me. At this stage i had made only upto 30% progress.

    Just two weeks earlier i decided to try tennis ball massage. I had heard about this long ago but never had it tried. I started the massage for 10-15 minutes on alternate days and only in about ten days i saw massive decrease in Involuntary Kegels. Well i was amazed and also happy. For the first time in real sense i could stroke my penis without Iking. Well it was a game changer. I am both happy and satisfied with the result because the hurdle is now removed and i can edge using slow strokes for long time. So now its time to get benefit from Edging.

    Note: Rks didn't work for me to much extent doesn't mean it will not work for others. Please do try all the exercises mentioned here and listen to your body and then act accordingly. A lot of people have gained benefits from Reverse Kegels.

    Great news watson good to hear it!!
    Ive used tennis ball also for a few days but stopped because ive started to feel some pain or weakness down there. I think i was sitting with too much force on the ball, ive read somewhere that you have to sit on it with 70 percent force(hope you understand me). Ill glad of youll explain how you use it and with how much force, etc.

      Thanks Nobudy. Well i have a comfortable chair kept a very soft pillow on it, placed the tennis ball on it and sat on the tennis ball. Good thing here is that pillow will absorb extra pressure from the ball not allowing it to over pressure your pelvic.

        That is great . Standard treatment for IK is stretches of various kinds (yoga ,deep squat etc) ,massage and an out of se k/rk routine with a high rk%. Funny enough many guys that claim rk do not work for them only do them during sex /edging and do not have a out of sex k/rk routine at all!!!!

            Well thats true. But if i tell you about myself i had a good out of sex rk routine for about a year but still i couldn't get rid of IKs. The tennis ball massage that kind of stretch the pelvic muscles had a massive effect on the IKs. i am amazed why rks were not helping me as it has helped many many people around here.

              Really great timing on this thread! Thank you watson -- I feel like I am in a similar situation and will be really focusing in on tennis ball stretching.

              EDIT: In addition to the RK exercises I do. I need to look more into deep squats/yoga stretching in general.

                Its 3rd week since i started Tennis Ball Massage. So far so good. Pelvic is controlled while edging. Still working on it and trying to calm the pelvic in tough positions like the missionary position.
                Well this is the best thing happened to me since i joined to this forum.

                  I wanted to ask, do you just sit on the ball or you sit and moving the ball all over the the the muscle?

                    Most of the time i sit on the ball not for very long but after every minute i change the position of the ball between the anal opening and the testis. i do it for 10 to 15 minutes. Sometimes i just roll on the ball making sure i dont hurt myself.

                      Good job with finding a solution that works for you. So basically, it is a deep squat routine with the tennis ball as your point of focus? I will add this to my routine, but not everyday. I also have Pre-E, and am working on solving it. So far, I am seeing improvements with my edging + JP90. After those sessions, I also do K/RK (50/40), sometimes I vary the length and frequency of the rk/K just to make sure my muscles aren't accustomed to the routine. I also include breathing routines which I know will help in the long run.

                        It would be good, and just to note it doesn't have to be yoga or yoga style stretches, can be just basic stretches that work the pelvic floor. I tried some of the yoga poses posted by marcus ha but was too difficult, so did a very basic stretching set.

                          Main focus is stretching the pelvic muscles. Deep squats will surely work but tennis ball is easier for me. Breathing helps me remaining calm.

                            Last had a 30 minutes edging session. Started with 5 minutes ballooning using lube + 5 minutes shaft stroking + 5 minutes glans stroking + 5 minutes firm grip full strokes + Rest Random strokes + Ejaculation in the end.
                            Strokes were slow focusing not to IK.

                            Things are getting better cause i can use firm strokes with lube applied for about 5 to 8 minutes which was impossible for me a month back.
