      I have been doing it for about 5 weeks from now. But i was not consistent. I missed two weeks due to my job schedule and other stuffs. The initial week and the current week i have been consistent and i like the results though i have to work more to get things right but this tennis ball massage made things easier for me to carry on with the edging.

        These muscles are softer near the scrotum and are harder near the anus due to the anal opening. I mainly target the area near the scrotum. The whole pelvic area consist of soft muscles when you touch them except the anal opening.
        The pressure i apply is not "too less" and not "too much" so that it may cause pain or discomfort.

          Since it fits here -> Is the pelvic floor supposed to be hard when erect? Sometimes I feel and I am not sure if I am touching my inner penis (is this even possible, I am a noob when it comes to anatomy ) or if I push a constant ik or if it is normal. IKS I can feel for sure when I touch and one occurs

            Intresting question, when I am erected and I feel this area I believe I also feel my inner penis.

              I have never given a thought of touching my pelvis while erect, since you asked i will answer when i have my next edging session. Besides, i have felt it getting hard and contracting during erection or edging before the tennis ball massage.

                    Its has been more than a months since the tennis ball massage. So far so good. IKS are decreasing and Edging is getting better and easier. To deal with pelvic floor you need more than ONE thing. Only tennis ball wont help in many cases. Like me i did a lot to deal with PF which include
                    1) Reverse kegels,
                    2) Meditative breathing,
                    3) Focus on pelvic floor not to involuntary kegel during edging and outside edging.
                    4) Tennis Ball Massage

                    I am now trying to include deep squats to my routine again.

                        Place a tennis ball on a soft chair(the one with arms to support you), Sit on the ball in a way that your pelvic floor is exactly on the ball. Move back and forth applying comfortable pressure on the ball. The ball will roll giving massage to your pelvic muscles. do it 1o minutes every other day and see the result in a week.

                          Today i had a 15 minutes session. In the last 5 minutes i just on the ball and did very light reverse kegels ( 5 seconds rk hold) keeping the abdomen relaxed. It felt very nice. Hope it turns out to be good.

                              It might be some coincidence but i am nowadays doing exactly the same thing mentioned except that i no longer using FL. Whenever i get too excited while edging i switch to ballooning.

                                Lately while edging I find that part of the PC muscle is still tense, the part which is between the scrotum and the base of the penis. It does make sense because I can't use the tennis ball message to message this area. Does anyone know a message I could use to make this area a bit less tense?
