    Gym at the house is awesome, I wish I had one (and a house too ;p).
    Of course being safe is the most important thing in the long run. Getting in good shape and being strong isn't a one month or one year quest, it's a lifetime journey and you have to make sure you don't break yourself. But personally I like very much lifting heavier and really enjoy it, but I always try to make it as safe as I can - proper technique, on some moves I use a spotter. I like to push myself to the limit but I don't do it all the time of course, this way I'll just hurt myself (I've actually suffered from such stupidity once - over-training leading to injury in my back muscles). So I think that it's best to do it smart and enjoy it for a long time
    Bodyweight exercises are very nice. Although I don't consider the weighted dips a bodyweight exercise as I'm adding more than 50% of my BW when I do them, but they are one of my favorite - done BW for high reps or with weight. And chinups/pullups are one of the best exercises I know.

      Routine today:
      11 min warm up then 20 JAIs then another 2 min warm up - warmed up with the towel only.
      Stretches: 10 sec D w/ right hand, 10 sec down w/ left hand. Helis. R w/ 25 kegels + a quick count to 5, 10 circulars in each direction, helis. L - same as R. U - same as R but the count was to 10. SO - same as U.
      50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 20 jelqs - done at 50-30%
      Tried cool down with the wet towel for about 3 min.
      10 min rest then edging for 25 min (again with a happy ending)

      I was trying to use a lighter grip for the jelqs as suggested by Cleave - seems that I can push about the same amount of blood with lighter grip, judging by the hardness of the glans, so for now I'll go a bit lighter.
      Also tried to implement a better form on the jelq as suggested by calixto and bgstick18. It was actually harder than I thought because I get a little confused while performing the jelq - to go slow up the shaft and to start with my other hand while at about mid-shaft but my other hand is holding the glans so I try to get it to the base fast while continuing the rep with the first hand but I've moved a bit of the skin of my sac up and I have to pull it back with the returning hand, I have to watch for the grip to be light and when I reach the glans to harden it a little and so on... Thinking of all the stuff I have to do while doing it gets me a little dizzy, but I'll master it. It may take a few more session but I'll master the technique!

      Today I woke up kinda sick (probably from the suspicious eggs I ate for dinner) and I slept only 6 hours... again... No wood in the morning :/ I blame the lack of wood mostly to the fact that I'm in some shitty depression now (of course a girl is involved...) and all day I feel like crap, for some time now I've lost interest in almost all things I like and do, hopefully I'll get better soon. The other causes for my woodless day are the fact that I was a little sick and hadn't slept for more than 7 hours in 10 days, but this usually doesn't stop my boners. Also I'm a bit worried that I always edge with porn and I think this is the biggest problem I have to fix before I make some more serous damage, today I edged with porn because in way too shitty mood to use my imagination - always some fucked up thought come up and make me feel like crap, which isn't very helpful when I try to get a boner...

      So basically the main areas of focus this week will be to fix my feeling-like-crapness, to work on my jelq technique - find the optimal grip and improve the form, start edging without porn.

      Earlier today I remeasured to verify the BPEL of 15.3cm from yesterday. After the workout I tried to measure BPFSL - it was 15.9cm, but I couldn't grip well, cause I had some baby oil on the cock.

      EDIT: Almost forgot to do the kegels... I'm really out of space today.. So I just did 5x20 kegels.
      Also earlier today I did 15 JAIs in the shower.

        Routine today:

        After about an hour edged - didn't go well, couldn't get very aroused using my imagination - I get really distracted due to some stuff that's going on now. Use some porn for the first 3 minutes then turned it off and continued on imagination, got pretty intense and carried away and after about 7 minutes I missed the point to stop with a kegel and had to squeeze the PC muscle really hard, managed to stop the stream but when I relaxed it seems that it was too soon and came a little and kinda lost interest although I could have continued but my erection went down and decided to just stop.

        Still need to work on the jelq, it's harder than I thought to get a really good form. The grip was a bit harder than yesterday but lighter than the one used before.

        During the day I did about 7 JAIs (did them once after peeing).
        Right now I'm doing some kegels - will do 5x20.

        Couldn't sleep again, only 6 hours this night.. again... Felt like crap when I woke up - some fucked up thought where flooding my head - but I think I'm gradually improving my mental state. At least I had some wood this morning, no random wood throughout the day though. Today I watched "The Secret" (thanks tenacious_d for bringing it up) - made me remember some things I had forgotten and helped me realize a few things I was missing. Great movie, I'll watch it again soon to make sure I don't forget the important stuff.

        Measured BPFSL after the workout when was relaxed and soft - was around 16.2cm - this seems good, hopefully this week I'll see another .2-.3cm gains
        Also measured BPEL while edging - it was about 15.5cm - not much change there, as I hit 15.4 last week while edging.
        I should probably stop measuring so often, but I just can't resist it.

          Light stretches only day.
          I just did some light stretching in the shower: 10 JAIs, 15 sec D, 15 sec (with 10 quick kegels and a quick count to 5) R, L, U, SO, 5 circles in each direction, 10 more JAIs.

          Nothing else during the day. Just a few shakes here and there to keep blood moving.

          Bad sleep again. Hope to get this fixed soon, because I'm starting to get tired. Had morning wood today and I had one random erection during the day, of course at a most uncomfortable moment, but I'm still not very big so I can hide it easily :P
          Flaccid was ok, just some turtling in the morning when I was going out for work.

          I added L-carnitine to my supplements as part of my fat burning effort. Tomorrow I'll be resuming the weight training.

            I wish I had my own house but I'm still here with my parents. But yes gym here at the house is amazing except for when you want to target specific muscles. I unfortunately can't target individual ones like I could as if I was at an actual gym.
            Pullups are my shit dude I freaking love it.
            Personally I go high reps with moderate weight because I don't really care about strength now that I'm out of football seriously. I just want to get shredded, and I'm on my way there just have to be consistent. (Stupid lack of time)

              Might do some edging before going to bed, but right now I feel pretty tired so I'll probably skip it today. EDIT: edged for about 10 mins, reaching PONR but without cumming, did it with absolutely no porn and got pretty hard

              A few jays during the day (about 10). Kegels in the morning while going to work (6x20).

              The grip on the jelqs was a bit harder as the EL was lower but I got a huge pump of the glans. We'll see what this brings tomorrow. When I was jelqing my dick looked longer.

              No morning wood, or at least I can't remember if there was any, waking up was tough today, lack of sleep is starting to hit me hard but I feel pretty good. No random erection. Flaccid was ok, except for some turtling as usual in the morning when going out and while I was training in the gym.
              The l-carnitine I started gives me quite a boost - I drink I table spoon in the morning and I before workout. Today was my first workout in a week. Did a PR on dips - 10 reps with 50kg (110lbs) attached to my belt and also PR on pull-ups - 7 reps with 20kg (44lbs), bodyweight is around 86kg (190lbs). After the workout I felt a huge power surge and wanted to do stuff - run like crazy, fuck all night.
              Feeling pretty good as a whole, today I met a very nice girl while going to work, hope to see her again, because I didn't get her number, the situation was inappropriate - she was with a friend of mine, not like gf, but colleagues in school, she seemed kinda interested in me so I'd love to meet her again and eventually do some stuff :P. Also had some nice conversation with one hot girl at work. Things can turn around great when being more positive Although I haven't slept properly in weeks I feel pretty good

                    Routine today was very light:

                    Today I felt pretty tired - lack of sleep again, can't wait for Friday to come and sleep at least 12 hours. Didn't notice any wood this morning. When I was going to work I was turtled as hell, haven't seen such turtling in a long time, I think this indicates over-training from yesterdays session. Also felt a little like muscle fatigue in the dick for a short while, or more like a little cramp - just a little painful but still grabbed my attention. So I thought it would be best to rest today but I decided to do a light session. The stretches were light. The focus on the jelqs was to use the lightest grip possible and to go slow. My dick didn't respond well on stimulation so I'm pretty sure I've over-trained because of the harder grip I used yesterday. Hope todays session was light enough to help the recovery and not to harm it. I did the session mainly for practicing my jelq - trying to find the lightest grip and to go slower. So I used a very light grip compared to what I was using yesterday and my had got nicely pumped with blood. Next sessions will be done with this grip or if I can do effective jelq with even lighter one I will.
                    I'll skip the edging today, my dick definitely needs some rest.

                    Next two days will be completely off. After that I'll be practicing the light grip jelq and we'll see how it goes. I'm hoping to increase my EQ in a few weeks and hopefully to continue seeing some gains.

                    A couple of hours before my session I was finished my workout at the gym - today was a deadlift day - worked up to 142.5kg (314lbs) x8, then some good mornings and hanging leg raises - all done in 40 minutes with the warm up. After that I had decided to do some interval sprints in an effort to increase my conditioning and to boost fat burning. Boy I almost died - I'm in a really bad condition. Did 4 50m sprints and barely walked home. When I got to the bathroom I puked. It was hell. But I feel great I'll do some sprints again after my squats on Sunday. Have to get conditioned!

                      Off day.
                      Didn't notice morning wood. Turtled in the morning, but not as much as yesterday. I still feel the dick needs more rest. Had one random erection during the day.

                      Hopefully by Saturday I'll be fully recovered for my next session. From the next session forward I'll really focus on better jelq quality - lightest grip possible for effective jelq and slow strokes.

                        I found my penis was way more tired from going slower and slightly lighter on my jelq's then when I was doing them fast. Slow jelqs FTW now. I love them!

                          I'll see how my dick handles the slow and light jelqs next week, if I find them too tiring I'll probably reduce the volume of my workout.

                          Well I haven't seen her yet, but I'm in no hurry, don't want to rush for anything because I'm still a little disturbed from the break up with my last GF and now I need some break. Although I find myself getting into some interesting situation with very cute girls this week like out of nowhere. A few times I had some nice conversations with a hot chick from my office, I met that girl that I mentioned and today just when I was feeling a bad because I remembered some things with my ex and out of nowhere when I was going home late I met the hot chick from the reception in the office building I work in and she seem pretty happy to see me, don't know why. She saw me from a distance and smiled and waved as if we're old friends or something and I don't even know her name, I just say hi to her when I come to work in the morning. So I went over to her and started a conversation and it was pretty cool, this made me feel really good. So for now I feel pretty good. Gradually things are getting better and better. I'm not going to rush for now, I just don't feel like it, when the moment comes I'll know, and I'll share what happens

                            Yeah I reduced to the slower jelqs but didn't really lessen up the pressure and HOLY SHIT my penis was tired. Now I'm working my way back up slowly.
                            And I hear you bro, my girlfriend dropped a FREAKIN' bomb on me last night and I could barely get hard enough to do my routine last night. I hate how women can fuck with our minds so easily like that.

                                Off day again. Flaccid seemed better today, some turtling in the morning. Notices how much my mood affects my flaccid - at some time today I felt kinda bad for some stupid stuff and my flaccid shrunk a lot, but now I feel just fine and everything is cool. No morning wood. Had a couple of unexpected erection throughout the day, one of them was very nice. Thankfully I work sitting behind a large desk so those surprises aren't that much of a problem :P

                                I think my dick is almost fully recovered and I think I'll have a great session tomorrow

                                Lack of sleep starts to crush me, I'll be off to bed in a few minutes and I hope to get about 12 hours of sleep.
