    Well I'm used to sleeping about 6-7 hours. Whenever I can I try to make it more, but usually during the week I'm getting 6 hours on average.

    About the PC muscles squeeze - well not sure, have to experiment, but I'll try to do at least 5 seconds, will aim for 10 and will try to do it about 4 times - I'll start from this and try to increase in the next sessions and see how it goes.

    I tried ballooning once, I think my sweet spot is on the upper side of the shaft just a little below the glans. In the near future I might swap some of the edging session with ballooning, but it'll take me a few sessions to master it.

    Btw I fell asleep with a fowfer last night and today my flaccid is awesome, but some credit goes to stretching the shit out of the dick and applying lots of heat too. More details later when I log todays deeds.

      Routine tonight:
      15 min warm up. (hot wet towel + hot shower)
      Stretching: D - 15 sec with right hand + 15 sec with left. R L U SO - all for 25 quick kegel + a not so quick count to 10, after each - 10 circulars in each direction and helis.
      Re-warm up for ~7 min (hot shower)
      50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 30 jelqs - done at 60-20% EL
      Warm down 5 min (direct hot shower to the dick)
      Hot shower.
      Edged for about 10 minutes immediately after that and did about 5 3-5sec erect kegels.

      Rest for about 1.5h then edging for 30 minutes and cumming (insane load)

      In the morning while travelling to work - 120 kegels - there were some quick and some 5 to 10 second holds, most were strong 2 second kegels.

      Notes

      Yesterday I fell asleep with a fowfer and this + the heat and stretching I did seems to be great for my flaccid - I had a very nice hang all day, except for a little turtling when going out for work and during my workout in the gym. Will do a fowfer again tonight.

      The stretches today were again with hard pull, jelq was with firm but not very hard grip.

      Lots of work these days, nothing very interesting. I'm pretty busy right now, have to take care of some stuff.

      Workout at the gym earlier in the evening was great. Starting to feel strong again, getting back on track

      While I was stretching my dick looked a kinda longer so after the stretches I went to get the ruler and measured BPFSL at 16.4cm (6.45") - never been even close to this number Dunno if the workout gives some mm or not but it's still great.
      On the first short edging I decided to check how's BPEL - 15.5cm - pretty cool, I'm definitely on the right track again I hope to hit the 16cm mark in 2.5-3 weeks

      It seems that my dick just needed some hard stretch. After a week or so I might increase a bit the stretching, probably add another set. I'm gradually increasing the jelq, adding 5 reps to the last set every workout, backing a bit at the beginning of the week.

        Yea the after stretching your penis is longer, which is why I usually measure before a workout just so I know that all the stretching I've been doing isn't going to give me a little false sense of gain.
        How did it feel with those erect kegels? I did some today and even though I was half asleep and not observing my penis, holy shit is all i can say I could FEEL how much bigger my dick was after doing them.
        And I told you about those fowfers man they work miracles for flaccid the day after!

          Yea seems that after stretching it's longer, earlier today I measured at about 16.2, but couldn't get a good measurement, did it in a hurry, but it's still a gain if I've got it right. I'll do a more 'official' measurement after my off days to see how's it going, but I think I'm on the right track now.
          Yea erect kegels are pretty cool. I'll do some tonight. Yesterday I got a pretty nice expansion but the first time I did them I was like beyond 100% erect and they really pumped me a lot, I could see my dick expanding and I felt like it's going to explode.
          Yep fowfers officially rock in my book I'll be doing them more often - in all training days, and might consider adding them in the off days too later.

                Routine was:

                Don't remember any morning wood. Flaccid was nice, the fowfers seem to work pretty well.

                Busy day. I felt pretty tired. Despite that I did hell of a workout at the gym - deadlift up to 150kg(330lbs) for 9 reps, this was a huge pr for me. Didn't do sprints, instead I did some half-assed tabata with front squat for 2 minutes. Very good workout.

                PE session went well too, stretched hard.

                Aside from the training session nothing very exciting, just work and being tired and sleepy all day. But after the deadlift pr I felt awesome

                  Off day today.
                  Just did some edging - edged for about 20 minutes while watching porn, but then my brother came and I had to stop. After a few minutes I went to the bathroom and regained my wood and edged for another 10 - after 5 I was on the ponr and almost missed it, but I squeezed really hard for dunno how long and managed to stop the load, after I was calm I continued with a fast pace to reach the ponr fast, and so I did.

                  Flaccid was nice today too. Very little turtling when going out in the morning, but overall nice flaccid.
                  Overall I feel sleepy and a bit tired. My back is pretty sore form the deadlift yesterday, but I feel awesome about it. My dick is a bit tired and needs some rest. The edging today was with recovery purposes, and because I needed to blow my load. The fowfer should also help with the recovery I think. Tomorrow will be completely off.

                  I plan on falling asleep with a fowfer again. It seems to be great for my flaccid.

                    My flaccid is hanging nice and puffy nowadays when I wake up, not quite as extended as it was a few days ago, but shit the puffiness is nothing but a positive PI in my books.
                    I find when I edge and get to the PONR kegel hard and then continue I feel at the PONR again, and I mean like instantly. Maybe I'm continuing too soon?

                      Completely off. Absolutely nothing PE related done today.

                      Flaccid was very nice all day. Fowfers are fucking awesome! I plan on using them every day when I go to bed.
                      Can't remember any morning wood. No random erections today.

                      Kinda tired today from not sleeping much but overall I feel good. Had some wine tonight and got a little dizzy but not like drunk.

                      The only thing I'll do today is to do a fowfer when I go to bed. I'll probably keep it just for a while before falling asleep.

                      @millia about the edging - yea, your probably continuing too soon. This happens to me too when I start intensely right after I stop at the ponr. If I wait just a few seconds and restart slowly and increase the intensity over lets say a minute or two I can last a lot longer before reaching the ponr again. Also when restarting after the hard kegel go slowly in the beginning and try to relax your PC muscle, I find this to help me stay a lot longer, I usually squeeze the muscle on purpose to get to the ponr sooner and try to stay at maximal excitement as much as I can.

                        To add to my last post, last night before going to bed I masturbated for about 8 minutes - just had to do it ;p.

                        Today I measured BPEL to see if there's anything going - it was 15.4-15.5cm - it's too little to call it a gain (+1-2mm) but it seems like I'm going on the right track. I think I'll be increasing the stretches in my routine. I measured BPFSL and it was around 16-16.1cm and it seems like my dick needs a lot more stretching.

                          Yea that's what I figured haha, I thought about it and thought about not doing it... But I just can't help it! I love masturbating almost as much as I love sex. I'm gonna try and control myself next time. I do the same thing I squeeze on purpose to get to the ponr, then I relax as I "build up" and then flex to cut off the flow. Usually works for me, today... Not so much.

                            routine (around 21:00):
                            15 min warm up
                            Stretching: 1 set of 20-30 sec stretches in each direction and 10 cranks (circulars) in each direction after that. 1 set of D stretch for 30 seconds then L R U SO for about 35 seconds - 25 kegels + count to 10, after each - 10 cranks in both directions. Helis after each stretch.
                            rewarm up for 5 min with hot shower
                            Jelqs: 50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 35 jelqs
                            warm down - 5 min hot shower for the cock
                            hot shower (10 min)
                            about 75 minutes total
                            immediately after the shower - edging for 15 minutes and cumming

                            During the day (around 17:00) - kegels - around 140, not sure, some normal kegels, some longer holds (5-10 sec), some quick ones.

                            Fowfer when going to bed (04:30 - had to move the clock 1h forward..).

                            Food:
                            protein shake with some amino, vitamins, omega 3

                            Training:
                            Bench press - up to 112.5kg x 7 reps, BP bench press, DB rows, about 45 min. Wokrout was done around 19:00.

                            Notes:
                            Had some morning wood. Flaccid was good today, but not as good as the previous days. I think I should add another light PE on day.
                            Decided to increase the stretches, because I think this is where I have to focus a bit more to get more gains, considering that my BPFSL i pretty close to me BPEL (about .5-.6cm (.2") difference).
                            I was in a hurry after my session so I edged in a hurry.

                            Today eating was horrible, almost none normal eating, but I was in a bit of a hurry. I measured bodyweight at 85.1kg today, this is just a bit more than last week, probably because I've been eating more this whole week. This explains to some point the insane strength gain that I experianced. I'll be reducing the evening meals next week.

                            Slept about 8 hours, which is usually ok, but after a week of sleeping around 5-6 hours it's not enough, but I woke up to pee and my head got flooded with some crazy thoughts and I couldn't relax to fall asleep again, it's fucking awful.
                            Felt kinda shitty today, but the training at the gym was good and made me feel better. Also PE was good today.
                            Going to bed pretty late after the poker tonight.

                              Again only about 7-8h of sleep, but I felt OK.

                              Pretty fast paced day. After a little psychical breakdown I decided to have some normal social life, because I'm getting fucked up. So now I'm shorter on time and I'm getting a bit sloppy with my log, but I'll keep on PEing no matter what.

                                PE:
                                5 min hot shower warm up
                                light stretches: D R L U SO 20 sec each, circles - 10 in each direction
                                3 min warm down
                                hot shower (~10-15 min)
                                Edging - 40 min! Finished with a hude load

                                Will do a fowfer when going to bed.

                                Food:
                                No junk today, 3 solid meals + 1 protein bar. 3 shakes, banana in the morning. Salads and meat mainly, some patatoes w/ the lunch. Aminos, BCAA, vitamins, omega-3 - the usual stuff.

                                Training:
                                none

                                Can't remember if I had morning wood. Good flaccid all day. My dick feels a bit sore today.
                                Did very light stretching just to move the things a bit, more like active recovery than actual session. I felt a little soreness after the light stretches. If I feel too sore tomorrow I'll probably take the day off. If not - I might cut back a little on the stretches just for tomorrow. I hope I'm not overtraining. I think this soreness is actually a good sign that I'm working hard enough, but I have to be careful.

                                Again not enough sleep. I seriously have to think of a way to get more sleep. I'm fully functional and I feel good, but I think some more sleep will give me a huge boost.

                                Edging was awesome. Quite some edging session and a huge load at the end. When I was most excited my dick looked somewhat bigger and I couldn't resist and grabbed the tape ant the ruler and BPEL was 15.7cm(+.5cm to my last official measurement) and MEG was 12.1cm(+.1cm). I was like FUCK YEA. Hope to see some big numbers on my next official measurement.

                                Right now my short term goal is 16cm BPEL and whatever else comes with that. The official measurement will be on 17.04.2010.
