Ohhhh yeah Mil! I know that feeling! I've been a distance runner for years and find runs to be a great way to blow off stress and just escape from all the bullshit going on in life. You planning on sticking with running for awhile or is it just an occasional thing?
How are you enjoying the extender lately? Noticing a better flaccid hang throughout the day? Haha I know your flaccid is gonna miss that green tea! I've been on about 3 cups a day lately and have been having a pretty meaty flaccid. Hope school and work aren't killin you too much bro!

Well this old offensive lineman is no distance runner! But I just like to run because it's the best way to burn calories, and when I did it in the fall it helped me lose a lot of weight, so I'm trying to get there again. And for now it's occasional because I have to sort out my personal lifestyle routine once school starts (Monday) and fit it in with work and whatnot.
The extender is cool, I think I just need more hours with it. My flaccid could be longer, but its one of those things that you look at all the time so its hard to say. Post extending my flaccid is huge, and I just wish it would stay like that all day.
He was only hanging 1x set per day & got up to 40lbs, and he was doing hundreds of dry jelqs (due to privacy issues)
Like we discussed via PM, I think that his "routine" is too vague to have any verifiable information that could be duplicated. Yeah we know he did around 600 dry jelqs a day, but he never mentions how long he spent at each weight etc, etc. So too hard to tell how effective it really was.
Yeah man no problem. After your question I paid closer attention to the coldness of my glans this past week. Sometimes I wouldn't get cold until an hour in, but if this was the case, I also didn't make it to the feeling of slight discomfort, which I personally feel is needed to gain. Every single time, by the time I was ready to strap out of the extender, my glans were fairly cold.
How's everything with the extender going? It seems you're getting in some time with it at work and what not, that's great!
I see you've attached a few rods to your extender already, just had a few questions for ya Millia.
How extended is your extender when you wear it, in relation to your bpel or nbpel? (The same?, 1" less?, 1cm more?)
Also which direction do you wear your extender? up or down? What is your LOT? Which directions do you hang?
I guess that's the beauty of a noose extender there's days where you apply it slightly tighter than others which I guess would help contribute to the coldness of the glans. Another thing is the state of your flaccid when strapping in, if you're semi-turtled or anything like it and kegels don't really help to pump blood in, and you start extending you'll probably get cold quick. I haven't noticed recently the past few days at work my glans because I haven't been able to check it, it's more like strap out, stash the extender back into my jacket and continue on with work. So I just left it be and kegeled afterwards. It's cool I can wear it at work for now, it's easy to conceal because I'm only extending at 6.3" I believe, so not too bad yet.
Like I said it is worn at 6.3", and going by my most recent measurements that's around .5" less then my BPEL and around .2" less then my NBPEL.
Depends on which post I'm working at work (I have 4 different ones) so I mostly wear it up. There's been a few times where I've worn it going down, but it makes for awkward motions when going to sit back down, and some co-workers have noticed it, but not commented on it. I also feel as if when I wear it up, it keeps my glans warm because it is pressing against my skin, and I'm a giant heater sometimes .
The only direction I hang currently is down. Sometimes when I'm feeling squirrely I'll get on my chair and do BTC for a little bit, but always straight down. My LOT is 6 o'clock, but I don't think that LOT has had anything to do with my gains. Another thing that I've noticed is that I want to have my extender going up, so hopefully it can counteract the turkey neck effect I got going on here.
I wanted to ask your opinion on a way of doing Bundled stretches; Sitting down, I use an overhand Ok grip & then just roll my wrist fully (so that thumb is pointing down) & then pull directly up towards my head. It provides a great stretch but feels kind of harsh on the dorsal area.
I kind of want to keep doing it, but I am not sure...
When you say dorsal area do you mean the dorsal nerves? If so then if you can kegel some blood into your glans before securing the grip, and then proceed to do what you described it should be alright. I just attempted it now and didn't feel much of any discomfort to the dorsal area.. If the kegeling doesn't work then maybe try lowering your grip ~0.1" and then trying the head swell thing.
Was that pretty intense? (20lbs + 2hrs in the extender?)
I bet you're going to see some gains with what you're doing... I look forward to seeing your results with this combination of hanging & extender work.
It was 2 consecutive hours about 6 hours before I actually hung, so it wasn't that intense, but there is a lot of soreness in my ligs so I think I'm going to violate my 2 week rule and stay at this weight for 3, or until it's semi-comfortable. A lot of it has to do with my hanger as well, I got my size 2 muzzle in the mail the other day but I am still making the modification to it. I accidently ripped the shit out of it when cutting the part of the muzzle that secures it to itself, so I've spent a few days on sewing the tear shut and trying to make sure it won't just re-rip when I'm hanging later down the road.
I think I'm going to start edging again and cut down on the masturbation. I realize I've been stressing out over stuff lately and it has helped with nervousness, so in order to have that fuller flaccid hang and whatnot I'm going to be edging, I'm also going to start relaxing. I know that as I settle into the new job and everything I'll be calming down a lot more as well. School resumes tomorrow, so it's going to be a rough 2-3 weeks settling into a new semester with a full-time schedule as well as working full time. The adjusting period will be rough, but it's all good, just have to make time for my PE.

(Felt burning sensation like a hair being pulled out towards the top left part of my fat pad, thought it was a hair that got caught in a clamp potentially but not sure.. Palpated the area and nothing. No pain right now either, will continue to monitor this as the night goes on.)
