  • Didn't get sex last night and woke with a raging erection. When it went down alittle, my semi looked massive!!! I'm not sure if I've EVER looked that wide before. I'm also not sure if I've gained girth from hanging but it sure looks like I have. My wife's comment was "It Looks ginormous!"

    Big smile on my face right now even though I have yet to have sex...

        • I went up sets to 5 today. I've always thought that I would need to do more sets to gain consistently. The .5" BPFSL I've gained really isn't a gain at all. .25" is consistent. the other .25" is only after my session.

          20mins SD @ 7.5lbs
          20mins each side @ 5lbs
          20mins @ 7.5lbs SD 5mins @ 5lbs
          10mins each side @ 5lbs
          20mins @ 5lbs OTS

          Consistency and time, not high weight is the way I want to approach hanging. I've read too much literature stating connective tissue responds better with lower weight and more time.

          • Couldn't help but measure EG and no change. Flaccid girth is just closer to my EG and thus makes me think I've added EG due to hanging. I did measure EL as well but I need to finish out the month before posting gains.

              My scar tissue on my left side felt uncomfortable hanging where the stretch was on that side. That scar tissue is due to an injury clamping.

              • Moving side hanging to EOD due to the scar tissue trouble that causes discomfort when I hang on the side. Afraid to aggravate it too much.
