    So, I started JP90 on July 30 and I've decided to start a log to keep track of my gains, find accountability, and better integrate myself into this community. I hope in the years to come, mine will be a household name here because of my success in PE and, just as importantly, the help I have given to others. We all have to start somewhere and, it seems to me, this is the best place to start. I'm glad to be here, and I look forward to tracking my progress and growing with everybody.

    EQ was solid this morning. I recently adjusted how I do my jelqs and I am noticing a huge difference. Before, I was going too hard and I was really exhausted and sometimes a bit desensitized. Since I adjusted my grip and the force I'm using, it feels AMAZING after the fact and it's nice and plumpy, and the flaccid hang seems to last a bit longer. Finally seeing some good results there too.

    My quick morning routine:
    -Warmup
    -Quick stretches
    -Helicopter shakes
    -10 minutes jelqing
    -Warm down

    I am basically sticking as close to JP90 as I can, except I do dry jelqs instead of wet. For whatever reason, once I switched to dry, it made a world of difference. It feels better during, after, and the next day. EQ has shot up and I'm noticing an increase in vascularity.

        Today is a rest day for me. My sleep was crap and my body is exhausted from the week still. I had hoped to recharge a bit this weekend but it didn't happen. No big deal, just means I'll take a day off.

          So, I decided to push through my tiredness and have a sesh today after all. I'm super glad I did it because it was an amazing session.

          - 5-6 minute warmup
          - Helicopter shakes
          - Skipped stretches (no reason why, just forgot)
          - Dry jelqs for 15 minutes, focused on form and really feeling the movements
          - Warm down
          - 5 minutes of admiring vascularity and flaccid hang

          I'm seeing tremendous results with my flaccid hang and vascularity right now, it's hard not to 'mire. I'm about 30lbs overweight, so I'm going to really start focusing on getting in shape because I've got a really thick fat pad, probably in the neighborhood of 1.5". That has got to go. My fiancée and I used to be sexually active but we've decided to wait until marriage to be intimate and I'm really looking forward to surprising her next year =P

          Tomorrow will definitely be a rest day but I'll update regardless. Also, for the first 6 months, I'm going to measure every 30 days just to see how it goes and then I'll start posting measurements every 6 months after that. My hope is that I'll have solid gains and somebody who's discouraged might see this and realize that stopping after 2 weeks or 2 months is too early.

                Rest day today.
                But I will say that I've noticed solid EQ in my morning wood and all day, my flaccid just seems to have more volume. Looks and feels "fuller", if that makes sense. Definitely encouraging.

                  It's gonna be another rest day for me. I have a ton of stuff going on today, I'll be back at it tomorrow!

                    Upped the intensity a bit and I'm very happy about it. I think I've found the sweet spot. Everything's good so far.

                              Definitely discovered the sweet spot. I've got a date with my wonderful lady friend tonight but I can't pick her up until later. So, I decided to squeeze in a shower and a quick session.

                              -Dry Jelqs/V-Jelqs
                              -Warm down

                              Felt really good today, and it was a quick session. EQ still through the roof and I'll be measuring on the 30th.
