    April 6th, Workout C

    -------WORKOUT C-------
    Rolled-up-shirt-sit Clamping: (all focused)(tug warm up)(wrapped with 22" of doubled up 2" Ace Bandage)(pre-wrapped with elastic material)
    ***5 min tug warm up
    5min(at super BASE)
    ***(wrap on) - rest about 3-5 minutes
    5min(at super BASE)
    ***went right into soft slinkys
    Slinkys: (right after clamping)
    13 minutes (about 4 min left, 4 top, 3 right and 2 bottom)

    Notes:
    Sitting on a rolled up shirt, to create an additional clamping effect at the crura felt good. I was at 5.75 for the end of it (a lot of which was probably outside of the tunica though). I kept the volume relatively low cause I don't want to ruin my streak of god PIs by getting too experimental.

      Note: These were inspired by those book-lifting kegels that Peter North was doing in that one video I've heard people talk about; these are essentially the same motion, but with a rubber band for resistance.
      Note: I've been doing the occasional regular kegels here and there throughout the day, for the EQ, but I've been trying to keep the volume and intensity low because I find that it's easy for me to over-train them.

        (positioning the bottom hand at various points to ensure that all parts receive some twisted stretch)

        Twisted Dry-Jelqs:
        10 minutes
        ULIs - Cavernosa Focused:
        10 minutes

        Note:
        Didn't like this workout today. I might re-change it. It might have been that I had a slight bit of lube on last time.

              Double ULIs w/ longitudinal compression: (about 80% erection level, to try to put the spiral fibers on slack)

              Slow Jelqs: (mostly erect, semi-gentle)

                      Eclectic Update/Reminders to Self

                      Early start on PE planning for my upcoming vacation: I'll try to not ejaculate the whole time, even if i get alone time. I'll do Jai stretches every time I pee, and rubber band kegels every time I take a shower. Maybe I'll fit in a little manual exercise during my showers, but the priority will be on kegels/jais; I want my EQ to get freakishly high.

                      In the next day or two I'll try to fit in a mid-month test.

                        Note: Even though I haven't been "saving up ammo", so to speak, I've starting to actually shoot when I orgasm pretty much all the time.
                        Note: I've still been doing some regular quick squeezes here and there, very little though.
                        Note: I'm kind of able to do some of the sets with the white band more than half way up the shaft.
