                    I'm back... I think.

                    Once again I've accidentally taken a break from PE. Life (school) and weightlifting have cock-blocked me once again. Anyhow, I'm going to try to start back up (at least for a bit).

                    Part of what has me motivated to start back up is that for weightlifting I am going to start a couple supplements that are alleged to have effects that would be good for PE. I'm starting ZMA which can boost testosterone, and NO Xlplode which is a nitric-oxide/l-arginine-type supplement. I figured that just in case the supplementation I am doing for weightlifting created a great environment for PE, I didn't want to miss the opportunity.

                    I'm going to be picking up with something similar to the workout design I left off with, as it was minimalistic on time and featured progressive kegels.
