            Just the weight of a vacu-hanger: approx 50 reps

            Note:I think I might like these better than RBKs, because they're harder at the start of the motion when the muscle is most effective, then easier at the end of the motion when the muscle is at its shortened position.
            Note: I just need to find a good way to work these with progressive overload, and I'll be flinging goof-juice like that American Gladiators tennis ball cannon.

              Haha your load must go off like a bazooka mate! Its pretty cool you're still posting after so long man. Looks like some advanced kegel stuff happening over here, is it a case of you've got to where you want gains-wise and now you're on a major stamina/maintenance routine? Also mate are the rubber band k's also a girth workout?

                Yeah, I've basically reached where I want to be size-wise. I have a long term GF whom I already bottom out in, so if I added an extra half inch or whatever, that half inch would never get to fit in her. As for thickness I'm basically happy with that as well. Maybe in the future I'll switch back to really trying to gain size and go overboard for the novelty of it.

                For now I'm just working on size maintenance and kegels (for sensitivity/intensity and the fun of shooting really far). The rubber bank kegels may be a slight girth workout, because the ischiocavernosus muscle (one of the ones that RBKs work) also creates a lot of pressure inside the penis when it is contracting, But I think unless you get extremely strong with them it won't be enough to drive gains the way direct girth work would.

                        Progress Note:

                        It's only been a week-ish that I've been back at progressive kegels, and I'm already back to having orgasms that are overly intense like they were when I was 15.

                        Also as a note to myself: Clamping lightly, then kegeling to make the high pressure seemed to work really well and probably will cause less roughness/stress at the clamping site.
