I harmed myself before you wrote that routine out for me, I could no longer do expansion related exercises for girth, so for about 3 months I'm focusing on length through stretching.
I can do squeezes because the area of expansion is above the injury area.
Seems I've reached that 7'' mark which is awesome, saw 7.15'' once.
