    I harmed myself before you wrote that routine out for me, I could no longer do expansion related exercises for girth, so for about 3 months I'm focusing on length through stretching.

    I can do squeezes because the area of expansion is above the injury area.

    Seems I've reached that 7'' mark which is awesome, saw 7.15'' once.

    • New 1.75'' c-ring came..

      Not a good fit either, it's too wide, Jock told me to get a thinner less heavy ring based on what I told him.

      That genius is correct once again lol, going to try and get a thinner one soon.

      • Cosmetic injury, I scratched my skin last time I did my PE.
        It's slightly scabbed so I'm going to skip my training today and let it heal.

        I probably could do my basic stretches but I'm just going to let it be.

          How are you performing your sqeezes?What 10 sqeezes mean?I am pretty sure you can gain some decent girth if you work more with this exercise.

                    Judging by my experience,I don`t think that anything is happening from 10 sec,no matter if 30 sets or 100 sets.I usually do 1:30 min-2min sets of holds on average.With ULIs even 2:30-3 min sets.You can try that for some time and see how it goes.And also focus on technique-the way you distribute the pressure of the grip.With ULIs and sqeezes it`s easy to tell if the set was good or not...when I finnish the set and let go after the sqeeze my shaft must be looking very expended and a lot bigger then glance.With ULIs-glance is expanded and bigger then shaft when I let go.

                      I noticed if I hold the side that's closer to my base with a little more pressure than the side under my glans that I can keep more blood in with more expansion.

                        1:40 second stretches
                        1:40 second fulcrum stretches at only two points because that's weird pain happens under my glans so I don't want to mess with that area.
                        3 x 1:30 minute squeezes (If I do them 10 seconds at a time that equals like 35 I think unless I'm stupid lmao)
                        50 Jelqs
                        40 UJ's
                        325 S2S stretches
                        14 minutes of edging (Just wasn't appealing or doing much for me today)
                        15 minute warm down
                        8 minutes of massage

                        CS's get really hard, but head stays small sometimes, I wonder why this is.
                        Doesn't happen with my girlfriend though.

                        Wishing I had that 5.5, just frustrated it seems like I'll never get there.

                              I am doing 1 sqeeze (simply hold) for 1:30-2 minutes Something like clamping with hands. Then I take a break until re-gain my erection and do 1 more set and so on.The lenght of the sets depends on the level of erection-if I start dropping below 50-40 % erection during the set,I need to stop the exercise(to re-gain erection because there is no point of such low %).It all depends on the mainaining of the erection.If I can keep my erection long enough,I am going to do even longer sets.

                              Your observation is correct.You need some power from the base to start moving the expansion above,but if your second grip is not strong enough,the expansion is going into the glance...the idea is to hold it between the grips,so the grip under the glance is also important.And it`s good to start the both grips together,if you start the base only before the second grip is ready,the expansion is going to get to the glance and it`s going to stay there for the rest of the set,no matter if you place the second grip after that.

                              I believe there is difference between sqeezing stronger "the sides"(width) or stronger "up and down"(depth).Sqeezing the sides expands more on depth and up and down expands more width(and therefore aim to gain on width vs depth).This is still a theory,but it sounds right to me.

                              It`s important not only to sqeeze (like breaking walnuts),but to sqeeze with a little angle to force the expansion into the direction you want.It`s like tiny,micro jelq.For the base grip you force the expansion up and with the glance grip you force it down,so the expansion is focused in the middle between the grips.So not only sqeeze,but sqeeze+a little push,that`s what I am trying to say.

                              During the set,when my erection goes down at about 40-50 sec of my sqeeze,I start bringing the two grips together bit by bit (10-20 sec,then a bring a little bit more,another 10-20 sec a little bit more and so on).This is how I maintain some good quality of expansion,even when my erection is lower.The smaller the space that the expansion is trapped,the bigger power of expansion(because it has nowhere to go,but to expand more).So actually I do 40-50 sec of normal sqeeze and then start bringing the grips together a little bit.Lower erection 60-70 % allows you this,but not 90% because it`s dengerous.It`s all about how you feel the expansion during the exercise-this is how you decide how strong to sqeeze and how much to bring the grips together.You need to be focused and feeling good what you are doing during the set.

                              Sorry for the long post,but I wanted to share some of my observations of this exercise.Still,be careful!

                              Edit: I saw that you are going to start your girth routines at the end of march.Sorry for the temptation with my girth advices.

                              • I'm still doing squeezes, I just want to get back to pumping and clamping so badly.

                                I think I'm going to do the squeezes for more depth then. I feel like my CS isn't as big as it should be. Or at times my penis will be erect but my CS is flat.
