  • Day 5: Nofap
    Day 5: No porn

    Do you guys think this was long enough of a break from my routine?

    I clearly have to change it, I'm assuming make it less.

    I was thinking:

    10 minute warm up
    50 kegels/50 reverse kegels
    10 minutes bundled stretching (Instead of 20)
    250 side to side stretches (instead of 600-700, I want these for base girth growth, as my base isn't very big.)
    100 jelqs
    50 v jelqs
    50 ultimate v jelqs
    25 squeezes (instead of 50)
    5 uli's (1 minute long, only do these sometimes honestly).

    Do you guys think that's enough of a decrease to not over work myself?

    The random boners have been nice, but I'm wondering if it was taking a break from my routine, or if it's me not masturbating or watching porn that's causing them.

      I think you should go another few days of break, it can't do no harm.
      And try not to ejaculate for the rest of the break.

      It's a nice cut back of your routine, I believe it can work for you.
      Where is the clamping? This one I wouldn't give up.
      If I were you, I would have cut on training days. If I remember correctly you go now 5 on 2 off, I suggest go 2 on 1 off instead. Especially because of heavy girth work.
      If you can go for the long sessions don't give it away, just cut on training days.
      Follow you PIs, when your EQ drops, take a rest day. If when coming back to train it's not your max, go for another rest day.
      Of course that is what I would have try, and we all know that you should look for what is working for you.

      Of course it's a combination of the two. Also, do you remember to take l-arginine?

        • Another thing I keep thinking of,
          There is a saying in our PE world:
          "Never let it turtle"
          There is a significant importance of what calls "healing in the extended/expanded state"

          What it means is that after training you should keep you d in extended/expanded state for as long as you can. It can be a cock ring or some silicon sleeve or girth band or some products that been made for this specific issue like the "stealth "

          Myself I use 3 short portions of lg silicon sleeve as my anti turtle "device"
          It keeps my d elongated(length) and expanded(girth)
          All day long, actually whenever I don't PE or sleeps with the PF.
          It also helps with flaccid gains.

          Give it some reading and try it out for the upcoming months.

            This is why we say only change one thing at a time. Then you know it is the cause. So for now try the new routine. Watch PIe carefully and see if it pushes you into the negative PI range. Congrats on your EQ rrbound. I'm not surprised. Did you measure before starting again?

              • Not sure how long you've taken off im assuming 5 days or so, but regarding that at least in my case 7 days was too much. So id say start as soon as you feel ready.

                    I just forgot to add it to the routine! my bad.

                    I'd rather drop everything else except clamping if I had to choose, as you can SEE the expansion right in front of you.

                    I will wait a few more days, however, if my girlfriend for some reason wants to have sex, I'm not going to say no. So yeah. No ejaculation other than if my girlfriend wants full out sex, not a handjob ect.

                      I think it's been 5 days or a week, I can't remember.

                      I'm going to start back up tomorrow.

                      The issue I have with the 2 on 1 off routine is that I can only do PE monday through thursday, as my girlfriend definitely isn't interested in having me doing PE in front of her lol.

                      That's why I was packing my routine into 4 days then 3 off.

                              I just want to see gains. I don't get this, there are people with "fast" gains, I've been doing this 4 months shy of a year and I'm not seeing results.

                              Something has gotta change.

                              I wish I could afford MeCoach, I'm gonna do 1 month membership ASAP.

                                Fast gains are nothing but EQ gains, because true "tissue" takes a helluva lot more time.
