                  • Nice gains 6, I 've done NoFap for over 70 days and starting to see some benefits. My EQ is rising and already given me a .25 inch girth increase. I haven't PEed for a week because I went a bit too long on my jelqs and wasn't getting very good erections afterwards...Luckily they came back full force! I'll probably tone down the amount of minutes I do by 5-10.

                      inconsistent measuring has me still a bit of a doubter.

                      I quit No Fap a while back, just not watching any internet pornography.

                      I can't believe your base is that much bigger than your MEG, crazy stuff lol.

                      I still feel like I should purchase a month of MeCoach to see have Al assess my routine and so we can figure out if I'm over working myself.

                      I get morning wood, my EQ isn't bad, I don't typically turtle after my sessions..

                      I assume I'm not pushing it too far.

                          Yes but that's the very lower base connecting to the pubic region, so it's not quite as usable as one may think. If I was that girth everywhere I'd be very blessed lmao.

                                I think it's supposed to be soon, I forgot to mark when the next one was.

                                Also, based on the idea of muscle confusion, would switching to a length routine every other month make for potential "faster" gains in both areas because my penis wont get too used to the exercises?
