Today's session was different, I decided to just clamp.
------
1 x 70 minute clamped edging session
50 Secret girth exercises
1 x 60 minute double clamped edging session
50 Secret girth exercises
Total time clamped = 2 hours
------
Notes:
I reached 5.7 lmfao
My expansion has been crazy with what I've been doing.
But can somebody answer this: Does expansion = the progression of gains?

Yes the expansion will become the norm. Give it time. You are growing. Your EQ is not at 100% by yourself. This is pretty normal.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

41 minute single clamped edging session.
Not in a good mood/mindset for PE right now.
If my mood rebounds I'll do another clamping session.

A few years ago when Kickinthembebs and I started doing these really long single clamp sessions, we knew we were breaking ground...getting away from the 10 or 20 minute rules...
We stressed the importance of being aware of how things were going...how your PIs were doing...and the need to back off a click or two if your glans started to get too cool or if there was any discomfort from expansion/engorgement...but we also stressed these long sets could be done safely if all these things were kept in mind...
It's great to see a number of others here in the Gym doing these longer sets. Congrats on doing so well and getting some encouraging measurements from your advanced clamping.Start BPEL 4.9 MSEG 4.7

Thanks, I'm still skeptical, even though I managed to get my penis to expand like that, I just don't quite see how it causes growth.. Time spent with expansion equals gains, however, if your goal is 5.5 girth then expanding to 5.7+ would mean reaching 5.5 faster.
Almost about to celebrate my 1 year of PE.

1 x 63 minute clamped edging session (started with one clamp, moved to two in the last 20 minutes)
100 secret girth exercise
Didn't reach 5.7 again this time, but I wasn't clamped for two hours.
My penis is worked, I think this routine is too intense to do 4 days in a row, I may move down to 3 days.

Be ESPECIALLY CAREFUL when clamping, to pad your dorsal vein on the top of your penis base. I think this was to the left of my dorsal vein. We all want to keep the clamp oriented vertically so the clamping sides are on the sides of our shaft, targeting the CC on each side. With the opening of the clamp at the top, the clamping pretty much spares the dorsal vein.
