Almost time to come back to PE!
Going to the advanced jelq free routine for a few months and see if anything changes.

I think I caused permanent damage.
Where that "bruise" was or whatever the injury was, my skin gets dry, but only in that one spot. I have a feeling when I come back to PE that expansion will cause the injury to repeat it's self.09-03-2016: BPEL: 6.5 EG: 5.0

Been wondering lately if when I do this advanced Jelq free routine whether or not I should start with small numbers of reps or just go for a medium to high number as I'm used to heavy work loads.
I'm also wondering if I'll gain length much easier than girth.
But I hope gaining length = more girth when I switch back to my girth routine.
I like the side to side stretches, I heard they can help build base girth, which I wouldn't mind having because that'd make it visually more thick from my perspective.09-03-2016: BPEL: 6.5 EG: 5.0

Perhaps I'm just having the clamp too tight? it almost looks like a hicky.
You may need to take a longer break (girth-wise) to decondition fully and then slowly "recondition" with jelqs only for a few months then then gradually add on. Alrighty, so.
Once the new year starts, I'm going to begin the jelq free routine.
Here's what I'll do:
10 minute warm up
50 kegels/50 reverse kegels
Left, right, up, down, and forward stretches for 30 seconds each direction
Fulcrum stretching at 3 different points along my shaft on the bottom, sides, and top 30 seconds/1 minute each spot.
250 S2S stretches
20 squeezes lasting 10 seconds each (above where my injury occurs, nothing negative happens if I do this, plus it's where my MEG would gain anyways, and the bruise is below that).

I'll be doing this all while having a blow dryer blowing hot air on my penis so that I can stay warm and loose.
Every week I will add 15 S2S stretches 5 squeezes.

I wont be clamping/Pumping for at least 3 months, I want to make sure the skin heals in my injury area completely.

It's a little heavy, but you are conditioned. Work those side to sides up until doing 1000 of them.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

Well, should I reduce anything? Or just pay attention to PI's?
PI's are really difficult to follow when you're mentally unstable, because other factors can play into EQ not being high.
One thing I know for sure is that the S2S stretches DO make me feel something at the base, like inside where the ligaments are.

NOPE!
5 minute pump made my injury angry, it's okay, it's not bad, it'll take maybe 3 days to visibly disappear.

I'm not actually expecting to see gains, but I'm going to do what I can in hopes of some growth.
I'm going to buy a blow dryer to aim hot air consistently at my penis while I do my routine.
I am uncertain I'll ever be able to totally come to grips about my size not being where I want it, but wearing a c-ring immediately makes me 5.3 which is much closer to my dream size, so maybe I'll just get a properly fitted c-ring and never have sex without it.09-03-2016: BPEL: 6.5 EG: 5.0

Wanted to try the routine, going to finish off with some edging and ejac.
but here's what I did:
10 minute warm up
Left, right, up, down, and forward stretches for 35 seconds each direction
Fulcrum stretching at 3 different points along my shaft on the bottom, sides, and top, 1 minute each spot.
250 S2S stretches
25 squeezes lasting 10 seconds each
30 minutes of edging

It felt amazing to be back doing something PE related.
The stretch towards my belly button felt incredible, as if it NEEDED to be stretched, it was extremely satisfying.
S2S stretches actually made me feel some sort of tiredness I think, my penis has a very slight "worked" feeling.
The squeezes were actually intense, I didn't keep a consistent EQ during all 25, but I tried to keep the same amount of expansion and pressure in the targeted zone.
The fulcrum stretch aimed downwards was quite strong and I could see that causing fatigue at longer stretch times.
My penis feels fatigued, I'm only going to edge for at most 20 minutes I think. I put the C-ring on to edge with, and I actually feel fatigue through my entire penis.
