            exited pump at 5.75'', did SSJ's and squeezes to reach 6'' girth.

            Girlfriend seems excited to try it, hopefully I can replicate this expansion next time her and I can be together.

                  Technically a rest day.

                  Did 1 hour of very light tension extending just for elongated healing
                  now I'm doing an hour (start 3:48) of high tension extending. (Will end 4:48PM)

                  Current hours: 10
                  After this session: 11 (minus 10 minutes.. wear became uncomfortable)

                              I got my half inch within the first year of P.E. (JP90)
                              My inability to stick to a routine caused me to have incredibly slow gains.

                              My new routine in a week has already gained me from 17.8 BPFSL to 18.3 BPFSL.
                              My length routine in addition to my girth routine leaves me with 5.75'' - 6'' temporary girth after my 5X5X3 sets.

                              However, some of that is fluid and not beneficial.

                              I haven't measured BPEL or MEG (except after girth exercises) yet. I am waiting until March 1st as I have a bad habit of remeasuring every 10 minutes if I measure frequently.

                              The exercises that have gained me the most have been clamping and proper stretching. I assume pumping has played a part in it but I couldn't be sure.

                              I highly suggest you try the routine I've been doing, I am seeing great promising results, including an excited girlfriend who's opening up more sexually!

                              I'm being coached by the owner of another PE website, and it's crazy to me how much time I wasted trying to construct a routine by myself, when the work was practically done for me.
