Measured..not a millimeter gained
19 cm (7.5") BPEL sitting lower part of bone
16,5 cm (6.5") NBPEL sitting straightened
16 cm (6.3") nbpel sitting not straightened
Now it's clear. What I do is not working at all. I feel the stretch, but deformation is not happening. Feel depressed as I'm not yet pleased with my size. After all I've gained only 2-3 cm ( 0.8 - 1.2") real nbpel. That doesn't change your penis very much. It has to be +5 cm (>2") when the difference in looks is significant. In sex fewer gain can have impact like I hit now some good spot in my wife that I could not hit before.
I will try many different methods before quitting PE. I have few options in my mind where to go now:
1. Put a lot more effort to hanging. Hang every day at least 1 hour, preferably little more. First month only btc and if no gains then switch to fulcrum hanging. Still use esl40 all day long and during piss breaks throw in few Stretches.
2. Buy FJx stretcher and put ridiculous amount of 2 handed stretching force to penis. Some guys who have stalled have claimed to have gained from it.
3. Go into pumping with long and narrow cylinder. So time that would be used hanging would be used pumping. Still using esl40 all day long and throwing in some stretches.
4. Take a decon break and after that start hanging with little lower weights and using esl40 but not doing full force manual stretches.

At night bundled stretches 5 mins followed by one set of btc hanging 40 mins @ 6,25 kg (13.8 lbs).
Very light feeling. I took bundled very lightly and build intensity from there. I was hoping that break would make this ~2/3 of my previous max weight feel heavy, but no..light as hell. I try to hang every night as much as possible building to bigger and bigger weights until my hanger can't hold it. Then I'll switch angle. I hope that those bundled stretches pre exhaust tissues so hanging can deform them.

Why not hanging konger sessions? I fele like i get really fatigued first after 3h.Start 5.8 (14.9 cm) BPEL 5.2 MEG

I don't have time. Before kids I would have had time to hang 5 hours a day, but now 1 hour is about all I got. Must go high in intensity to make it work in short time and throw in those short stretching session throughout the day.Originally posted by Norwaydude View PostWhy not hanging konger sessions? Have been doing some random stretching sessions and random esl40 usage. Nothing that could cause gains. Too much other worries in mind. I'm definitely going for that one inch more length and then some girth work when I got my things on right track. Bundled stretches feel good and bundled hanging too.

I'm on it for real again. Two days of full PE training. That's few stretching sessions during day and esl40 ads all day long and then main training session at night. That's vacuum hanging VacHanger3 and manual stretches. Doing bundled stretches first, then A-Strech and then basic stretching and explosive jerking stretches to induce micro tears before hanging.
Also hanging bundled for few minutes at start of set. Hanging done straight down. Yesterday up to 8,25 kg (18 lbs) and today 9,25 kg (20,4 lbs) but only 15 mins. I just don't feel any fatigue in ligs. Limiting factor is pain in glans and slipping. I'll do straight down for a month and then switch to fulcrum hanging.

10.5 full pe day = esl40 all day, some stretches and at night main session with hanging one 20 min set @ 8,5 kg and manual stretches. 8,5 - 9 kg (19-20 lbs) is limit and after that hanger starts to slip off slowly. That should be enough, but for me it's not unfortunately. At least with straight down hanging. I'll try today with sealing sleeve and see how that feels. With fulcrum I hope smaller weights will achieve fatigue.
