  • 11.5 esl40 and some stretches

12.5 esl40 and hanging 30 mins with fulcrum @ 7 kg (15 lbs) + manuals. I switched already to fulcrum hanging because I just don't feel fatigue straight down even with 9 kg (20 lbs). Not much fatigue with 7 kg (15 lbs) over 1" fulcrum.

I should hang much more time but I don't have time. If I hanged 6 hours with 20 lbs I would believe that would do something.

    • 12.5 another hanging session. Fulcrum with 6,25 kg and straight down with 7,5 kg and 6,25. Total of about 70 min.

The best PE day in my career. Now I have to stay consistent. That extra 2 cm (0.8") length would make me very happy about my dick at over ~8" bpel and 7" nbpel.

        • Quite good training days every day. Manuals and esl40 during day and hanging at night or if very short on time then manuals at night with good heat.

Thanks. Motivation is strong. I don't know if I can gain but I believe and hope I can. When I eventually switch hanging to pumping I think that could be so different method stretching inside out with blood pressure that it can result to minor length gain too.

Again esl40 all day and at night hanging with fulcrum @ 6,25 kg 30 min. Then some bundled hanging and basic straight down 20 min @ 8,5 and 6,25 kg.

If I do this for few months I hope there would be measuresble gain

              • I have been doing same kind of training every day. But hanging has been limited to few times a week. I must try to get more consistent on that.

I see no gains. It's hard to remember that even very marginal gain of 0,04 mm (0,0016") in a day would cumulate to 14,6 mm (0,57") in a year. Gain that for 2 years it's ~3 cm (~1,2") and that's more than I "need". I just keep grinding and trying everything to get even something more.

                • 24.5 again esl40 whole day, some stretches and hanging session at night. Little lighter weight (5,25 kg (11,6 lbs) but about 90 min total time. Straight down and over fulcrum.

                  • Rest day and measured. Same as before. With huge sinking to fat pad done sitting and curve straightened it's the same 19 cm (7.5").
Nbpel when sitting and curve straightened 16,5 cm (6.5").
                    Without straightening 16 cm (16.3").
Standing without straightening 15 cm (5.9")

Little turtling because of continous stress to penis. Litt

                    • Your fat pad is 1", are you lean or bit overweight ? Just curious.

I'm actually quite lean at 11-12 % bf, but I have surprisingly much tissue there in fat pad. When standing I ruler sinks about 3 cm (1.2") in to body. That bone pressed measurement is done "cheating" pressing top/side and it goes to lower side of pubic bone which is deeper in body. Difference to measure where ruler is vertically placed on top of shaft and pressed to bone is 0,5 cm (0,2"). But still I have much soft tissue there allthough I have visible abs.

                        • Check your fat pad when standing, it should be lesser than 1". That position is also more accurate for measuring bpel.

                          • Buddy, you been doing PE for almost 2 yrs now and got some good gains. Give it some more time, you should gain. Reasonably speaking i think a total of 3 years is a good time to get to your 8 inch goal. Infact i would say 2inch in 3 years is a good speed. People have taken longer to see those gains.

I'm afraid that I've sabotaged my ability to gain with very high force stretching. I just took 2 months off PE to reset but I see no gains even after that break. Though I haven't been training very long yet after break. I'll try every method and technique there is within next few years and hope something works. I would like to do girth work also but length first.

                              • Dont worry, gains are expected to be slow from here on, doesnt mean you wont gain. Your plateau isnt that long anyways and add to that the decon break. Think of making the remaining 0.5" gain by the end of this year or early next year. If you keep a timeframe like that, you will most likely stick to your routine to gain the remaining. Thats why I said keep a realistic timeframe of around 3yrs average for the entire gain. I myself have just started and am looking at a time frame of around 3 - 4 years. Its a marathon remember, not a sprint, I can already see you getting frustrated so I had to mention this - think long term. What is 3 years if you can make good gains ? I think its well worth the time.
Dont worry, just keep at it and have faith. It will happen.
