For girth I am now doing 5 minute Jelqs 2-3 seconds per Jelq and clamped edging 3 sets of between 8-10 minutes per set.
Prior to that, I was doing 5 minute Jelqs 2-3 seconds per Jelq and Ulis.Current: BPEL = 6.25"; NBPEL = 5.5"; MEG = 4.5625"

I missed yesterday's training session as I spent most of the day with my dad in the hospital. He's not doing so well.
I'm going to do a morning / evening split today to make up.

Did a lot of gardening today with the family. I've neglected the front and back garden for too long. Tired and my hands are a bit sore. Obviously out of shape.
Today was a rest fat from PE, but me and the Mrs had a bath together, so I pumped twice for 5 mins per set.

Dick feels and looked great after the edging. I really want to clamp, but fighting the urge so I don't overtrain.

Took yesterday as a rest day. Training tonight, and will finish off with edged clamping.

Decided to do a split today.
Night exercises @9:30pm
JP90 stretches (1 min holds)
3 sets of 10 minute clamped edging
I did the clamping in bed beside the Mrs. She thinks I'm nuts. But I'm selling it as a way to maintain my EQ. Was hoping that she'd volunteer to lend a hand to help me out but no such luck.
A lot has changed in the 12 years we've been together. Dammed if I'd of thought when we first got together that I'd ever be half naked and not have been jumped by her.
