I'm pretty attractive though like maybe 9/10 face (was 10/10 before virus on CN5 that I still suffer from a bit but getting better and better and as long as I don't completely relax it's not noticable at all) body is only 5/10 right now because of skinny fat on stomach and too hairy not shaving legs etc. I'm around 18% BF which is around 3% units from abs (yes at 15% you have CLEARLY visible abs and are RIPPED) not like some totally moronic people I saw on this forum that said they had 4% BF and had NO abs whatsoever and lovehandles lmao sad.
    I`ve been in your scenario,but I hope that I am not going to be in this case again I am going to give my best and get the job done...or at least I hope so.

    I totally agree with you and BF...Everybody on the internet is 1 % BF and all the fat is between the legs-fat penis...you know the internet Everybody is 9 incher with 1 % BF. But to be honest,it`s not most of the guys fault.I`ve been measured with digital device and I know this online calculators.According to calculators online I am about 10 % BF...I am 17 % with the device.There are different methods for measuring and they get different results with one another.

    I am going to have aparment to go soon,so I am thinking of trying some hook up methods as well.

    I currantly shaved my penis and core/chest...not legs,but still I shaved something Not that I expect any action soon,so I might go hairy and don`t care

      • Here some updates:

        We are still friends with the lady.I saw her 1 day ago and everything was back to normal.She asked me if we are cool,I asked her the same thing and I feel that this weird conversation is in the past now.She has some other troubles to worry about and the same is true for me we are going to forget it soon and move forward.

        I got sick from all this tasks for the university...I was busy with that the last few days.It turned out that I don`t need to rush so much and that the online system is wrong for showing wrong dates.All university systems around here are very user unfriendly I need to do a lot of work,but this news are refreshing for me right now...I need something like that to scare me and make me do the job Still,I am going to be pretty busy for a few weeks with this university stuff


        I am working out girth only currantly.I`ve done until now:

        -1 day x 1 workout
        -1 day x 2 workouts
        -1 day x 1 workout
        -1 day(today) x 1 workouts currantly + 1 workout planning to do later

        I am aiming for 2 workouts per day,but I`ve been busy some of the days (university like I said above)
        Usually I do 6-8 minutes of ULIs total and 5-7minutes of sqeeze/horse sqeeze + some kegels.I am not doing as much edging as I want lately,but I am busy and also I am not in the best mood.

        I don`t know if I am gaining or now,but we will see.It`s the first time I am doing girth only,so have no clue what kind of response I am going to see.

        Some people say that girth only works better(and no lenght work at that time),if your priority is girth.
        I am not sure if that`s true.I think stretching the tunica helps with the expansion from the girth work later.I will see if there is a difference between lenght+girth and girth only.I got 3 full days only,so it`s kinda early to tell.

        I am feeling very relaxed with the smaller amount of PE work currantly I was getting tired from all of this stretching.But it`s true that I like working for lenght more.The reason is that I can play some youtube videos (mostly politics) and simply sit down and stretch.With the girth I need to focus to stay erect and sometimes I am just mentally not focused for this.But I can`t complain from the workouts quality lately,so I am fine for now.

        I don`t know how long I can keep it like that I want to dedicate myself again to PE fully- 2 x lenght per day and 1 or even 2 x girth Currantly I am feeling not so productive in terms of PE (but I still hope for some girth gains! ) and I don`t want that.
        Doing just a little PE once in a while...I don`t want to be that guy!As soon as my exams are over I am going to push the things and try to gain as much as I can`t until my birthday.

        • Sounds good, keep up the motivation and start the length work soon again. I dont think you really need any more girth if you are already at 14cm. Personally would rather have 25x14 than 20x18 penis.

              How much have you gained in your estimation not counting EQ gains?

              For me it took a few days to a few weeks to gain my erection back to 100% since I had weak and low quality erections.

              I'm asking since I'm curious to know what your strategy is to get all ligament gains possible and then switching to tunica work or if you work on both simultaneously.

              I think most people can gain around 4cm from ligaments?

              And then gains elongating the actual penis are not limited by a maximum amount just time limited in that it is very slow gains like 1-2mm per month?

                I got something like about 4 cm lenght gains to this moment,but I don`t know how much is EQ.Also I`ve changed the way I measure a few times and lost some belly (I measure NBPEL) so I can`t tell you that accurate.

                I saw good EQ improvement fast but no fast gains.I had to spend some time with my better erection to re-gain some size,but it took me few months with edging only,no other PE.

                I just recently started to pay attention to the idea ligment/tunica.I am not focusing on working the ligments only,but I work for both. My stretching workout #1 is mostly ligments with tiny amount of tunica.Workout #2 is usually more tunica and less ligments.I don`t separete them completely (meaning 100 % tunica or 100 % ligments) but I use some priority like I said.I don`t see why not working on both at the same time.If they don`t hurt each other if worked at the same time,I think you can get faster gains that way.If you want to increese your arm measurment is going to be faster if you are working both biceps and triceps,compared to making biceps 2 months and then triceps 2 months.

                I don`t know the answer to your last question.I think this sounds reasonable and I`ve read it somewhere too.I just can`t be sure because I need to do some tunica only for some time to have experience.When I do both I don`t know how much is from the tunica or ligments.

                      But those 1.2 cm shouldn't be counted towards total gains really, as it would paint a negative picture of maximum achievable gains. Since you only regained lost size back to your natural 100% potential. So gains on top of REgains are 4-1,2=2,8cm? Plenty of cm's left to gain then both in ligaments and tunica!

I am happy that things are moving in good direction.It`s not some huge gain,but it`s was my first girth only cicle.I got 2 more so I hope for more gains to come soon.It`s not big gain-1mm let`s call it.But no doubt, I see some good progress compared to 1 month ago.There is a pattern of growing.I am hitting 14 cm easy now and expend even to 14.3cm on max after some edging...before 1 month I was barely touching 14cm on my best.

                          • It`s been a while not posting here.

                            First I got one of my exams-Trading law (I don`t know if that`s the exact term in English) It`s good that it was some old lady that wanted to let us pass and not trying to screw us So,I am doing good there so far.4 more exams to go I hope that it`s going to end well for me.


                            My girth only routines goes well! I ejaculated and going to measure again and report if I have gains or not (the last time gains come after ejaculation and rest).But I think that I am gaining.

                            I think I know how to isolate working for depth or width With my sqeezes I need to focus harder on sqeezing the up and down sides if I wanna expand on width and the opposite-sqeezing harder left and right sides if I want to expand more on depth.Basicly it`s reverse...This theory is still in process of reserach,but I am pretty sure so far.When I let go at the end of the set,I can see the way is pumped and how expands during erection the next day.I am going to try focusing more on width for a while and see what`s going to happen.

                            I have some huge improvement on my technique too!I`ve never seen my penis that expanded.I got scared and did some shorter workout because of the increesed amound of expansion. I am going to do it like that for now on! On my sqeezes I use grip on the base with palm facing up and thumb and pointing finger(the ring that I grip with) away from the body (compared to the other fingers).On my second grip I use the opposite grip-palm is facing down and my thumb and poiting finger being closer to the body(compared to other fingers).This way I can really hold the expansion between the grips and target MEG as much as possible.

                            I am getting better on working for girth,but I think I am going to switch and train the lenght for a while

                            I think I am loosing lenght I don`t think it`s from the rest because I had rests from working lenght other times too.The difference now is that I work for girth and probably this reduces the lenght.The way horse sqeeze is done (for example) it`s the oppossite of stretching.I got an idea for future-to work 2 times for girth per day and 1 lenght...just to keep some stretching going and not letting it loose lenght.Still,probably I am not loosing lenght but just not measured good,so I need to re-check that first.

                            I am still not sure how I am going to continue now...probably with lenght base routine and just a little bit of girth.When I decide finally and start,I am going to start writing my workouts with details again


                            I am planning to write here really soon and report what is going on and how I am going to continue.
