        • Oh,I have a lot of activity here Nice to see you guys! I am busy lately and also there is nothing that much to report.

          I did 2 lenght workouts and they were terrible...it was like I am trying to stretch completely different penis then 2 weeks ago,before my girth only routine.It was reisting a lot,totally not stretchable...it was feeling like I am trying to stretch it while erect,but it was completely flaccid.My glance was feeling a lot bigger then normal and this was good from one point because it holds your grip better and less slippage.The down side was that my penis was feeling "hard" (somehow don`t know how to explain it) and it was more sensitive then normal...it got bruised badly from 2 workouts only(I bet is from the harder glance)...the next day I was unable to stretch because of the pain...it felt all beaten up and bruised.I am better so I am going to try stretching again soon.I bet this effect is from the girth only work...I hope that I am going to go back to normal soon and continue with lenght.This worries me now,I want good quality workouts and solid,trained penis just like before.This intense and often girth work screwed my lenght work now...


          About the lenght lost-I think everything is back to normal on that issue.Probably it was bad measuring or it was just a short term lost.Probably it got back to normal after my 2 workouts...who knows.If there is something lost it`s probably max - 1mm.I can`t be sure that I am measuring that accurate.Nothing to worry about much.

          My girth was hitting 14.3cm and even 14.4 for a while but now it`s a little bit less than that.It`s probably because I have some sickness (flue or cold) and also very few hours of sleep because of exams and stuff like that.We are going to see if there are some girth gains lost or it`s just for a day.Now that`s the question But I don`t care even that much.I just want to get over my exams and go back on track with solid workouts...gains can go back easy,most important is the quality of the workouts and to have some decent time of work.This is what really matter for me now!I am going to update this when I get some good sleep and get better with my flue or whatever sickness.

          I am having exams and tasks to write for the university...I am ill (like I said cold or flue) and getting no enough sleep.It`s not my best time And even no decent gym for the last few days.Arghh I jusst need to have patience a little longer and then I am going to back to gym,pe,my very few friends and so on...Now only writting stuff about economics and accounting and feeling like shit meanwhile

          Looking forward for better days (again!)

            Well,thanks.I have some good progress made,but I got 2cm more on lenght and 1cm on girth to get my goals.

            • Beefster-Things are going fine with my exams for now.But I am getting tired of all this crap.But it`s my falt...I had few months to get this job done,but I waited in the last moment before the exams.

                    Better days are on its way! Glad to hear that you haven lost length. That’s my biggest fear. That i wake up one day and all my gains are lost.. dont think it will happen though. Looking forward to reading about your new length gains! Its very inspiring to read about your girth gains also. I know where to look when i will focus on girth.

                    • Hey,Norway Yes,now I am not in so good days.But I hope for better sooner or later.Don`t worry about loosing gains...it`s not going to happen over night.If your penis starts shrinking,you are going to detect it very fast (because of measuring almost every day,like me)

                      I am starting my normal lenght routines really soon.I just have exams in the university,having home tasks from the university,I am ill with a flue,my cousin is here from England and must spend some time with him...Now I just don`t have the time to have good quality PE.

                      The good news is that yesterday I did some workout and it felt near normal (still not the best,but better).So I think really soon I can get in shape.

                      About the girth gains-I told my routine to a friend and he says about crazy results.But I am going to focus more on girth again in near future,but for now a little old school lenght

                        • Oh there is nothing new about this.I just need to talk with me aunt (I am pretty sure she is going to be fine) and that`s it.But now there is a lot of snow and it`s cold and there is no heat there and the aparment it`s not cleaned from a long time.I am planning to start the thing when the weather gets better-probably after 1-2 months max.I hope everything is going to be smooth

                          • Some weird stuff going on...yesterday I did decent lenght workout-my workout #2 (basic stretches,bundled stretches,flaccid bends and tiny bit of side to side)...and I got girth gains now weird stuff.Yesterday I measred a lot of times (with tape and peace of paper)and I was ready to comment that I lost some girth...I did lenght work later and now measured today 14.5cm and I was barely 14.2-3 yesterday.I really don`t know what is happening.Not that I complain about it,I am very happy It`s about a week since my last girth work and I am still getting some delayed gains.

                            The bad thing is that my penis feels bruised again but it`s getting better I believe.I am going to see the level of bruising and decide if I am going to do some stretching workout later.

                              • I am going to try my best But I don`t know what to believe anymore.Still I am not complaining.Sometimes just there is no science behind PE,you just get lucky
