For now on I am going to start reporting the quality of the different workouts.I am going to use scale from 1 to 5 to evaluate how satisfied I am with the work done.
1 is going to be terrible workout that I decided to stop...if it starts slipping and turtuling since the first set,then there is no reason to continue.This is example of the worst workout scenario.It happens but it`s rare to be that bad to make me quit.
On lenght is the slippage and early turtuling that ruins the quality sometimes.For girth the main problem is the level of erection I can`t control and I need to stop the set for going too much flaccid.The other issue with girth is that sometimes I don`t see good expansion,despite controling my erection level and having good technique...just sometimes it doesn`t want to pump as good as other times.
This are the casual problems I face.
5 is going to be the best workout possible,without the issues mentioned above.It`s rare to have that good workouts.
Most of the times my workouts are about 3.5-4 points on the scale.Extremes like 1 ot 5 are not that often.
So this is my new section.It`s going to be short and simple,but necessary note in my log.I need to log here not only the amount of the work,but the quality too,it`s important aspect.
