  • For now on I am going to start reporting the quality of the different workouts.I am going to use scale from 1 to 5 to evaluate how satisfied I am with the work done.

    1 is going to be terrible workout that I decided to stop...if it starts slipping and turtuling since the first set,then there is no reason to continue.This is example of the worst workout scenario.It happens but it`s rare to be that bad to make me quit.

    On lenght is the slippage and early turtuling that ruins the quality sometimes.For girth the main problem is the level of erection I can`t control and I need to stop the set for going too much flaccid.The other issue with girth is that sometimes I don`t see good expansion,despite controling my erection level and having good technique...just sometimes it doesn`t want to pump as good as other times.
    This are the casual problems I face.

    5 is going to be the best workout possible,without the issues mentioned above.It`s rare to have that good workouts.

    Most of the times my workouts are about 3.5-4 points on the scale.Extremes like 1 ot 5 are not that often.

    So this is my new section.It`s going to be short and simple,but necessary note in my log.I need to log here not only the amount of the work,but the quality too,it`s important aspect.

      Workout # 1


      Routine:

      -Basic stretches:
      3 sets of streight out x 100 sec,2 sets of down x 100 sec,1 set of all other directions x 100 sec.

      -Side to side stretches:
      2x140 S2S

      -Circle stretches:
      40 circles


      Workout # 2

      Routine:


      -Basic stretches:
      1 sets of streight out,up and down x 2 min;2 set of streight out x 1 min.

      -Bundled stretches:
      2 sets twisting to the left,2 sets twisting to the right x 75 sec each -360 degrees.

      -Flaccid bends:
      1 set of bends all directions-up,down,left,right x 1min

      -Side to side stretches:
      1 set x 100 s2s

      Workout # 3

      Routine:

      -ULIs:
      10 min total-2:30 min sets on average

      -Sqeeze and horse sqeeze:
      11 min total-1:30 min sets on average - 45 sec sqeeze and 45 sec switch to horse sqeeze.

      45 erect/semi erect kegels


      Edging:
      3x15,10,5 min

      Changes:
      I have more volume on girth work-workout # 3

      Quality:

      workout # 1 - 2/5

      Poor quality like aways for the first day after rest/ejaculation.Usually the first workout is between 2.5/5-3.5/5 but now was even worst then normal so 2/5. The other were decent,but not too happy about it.I hope for better quality the next days of the cicle.Always first day of the cicle sux...That`s why I don`t like to ejaculate too often,my workouts are terrible after that...now another 5-6 days without ejaculation should teach this little rascal a lesson

      The quality of the workouts was down,but at least I did my full day,no skipped workouts.

        When you talk about turtuling that worries me. What about getting a stealth for men anti turtling device and wearing it ll the time during sleep and during the day I think it would tremendously help. Cost is 35+7 usd international shipping and it ships from china.

          Thank`s for advice but I am talking about turtuling while doing my workouts...what you suggest is for anti-turtuling during the day and I am talking about during the workouts.

            Do you have a chance to get a prescription for or cheap xanax/some other muscle relaxant? Might work wonders for stretching out the penis.

                  Yh I used to do more too.. but am gradually getting into the momentum. A bit slow now

                    Today It was bit better,but still not happy with the quality of the workouts...I am doing my full routines as the plan is,but the poor performence really annoys me...1/3 of my cicle is done and my lame penis still can`t respond well...on the stretches is slipping and I had to take a new grip to finish the set and to fight...when this happens, I am starting to hold stronger and it results in faster turtuling.It wasn`t very stretchable too.Instead of feeling satisfied at the end of the working day,I am feeling angry and wanna start punching the wall (or my midget penis )

                    I am not happy with the girth as well! I was really pissed off so It was hard to control the erection as I wanted...even with porn wasn`t an easy thing when you got violence in your mind.Also it wasn`t expanding that good and feeling really pumped,no matter how hard I was sqeezing...I can say that the form of my girth exercises has improved,but sometimes when it doesn`t want to expand good,simply it is what it is, I got nothing to do. I still felt some decent expansion,but it was not enough to feel really satisfied about the workout.

                    I really hope to see better quality of the workouts...it was like that the previous cicle too.It started very poor but then I had some really good days.Let`s see tomorrow.

                    I want to relax and be happy during the holidays and not to be angry, in a bad mood.I don`t have classic depressions now,but I am pissed off and ready to explode if something happens.I don`t want to say and do things that I regret later and going to make me twice as miserable.

                    • For yesterday routine it must be /18.12/,not 19. it was a mistake.I look the date on the computer,but it was after 12 and I wrote the next date by mistake .

                      • Yesterday /20.12/ only workout # 2-basic stretches,bundled stretches,flaccid bends,side to side stretches .I am not going to post the whole thing because there is no point. 1 workout,1 x edging 15 min,no kegels,no changes.

                        However I don`t feel guilty about missed workouts because I was invited to meet old class mates...it was reunion of the class and more then half people came.We ended school 6 years ago...OMG it sounds so scary how long ago it was! I had some good time and get some social interactions I am happy that I didn`t skip this experience and staying home with my PE workouts instead.I am angry when I miss workouts because of being lazy or if I really want to do good workout,but it just fails...in this case I get frustrated.But missed workouts because of such an event,I don`t care.I walked alone thru the night city after the meeting and refreshing my mind...It`s been a while not taking such a pleasant walk around the city.

                        At least the quality of my workout yesterday was 4/5,so I count it still as something.

                            Lately I don`t do this kind of things much,so I must use this opportunities to go out and do something different...It wasn`t like that before,there was a time I was barely staying home and even then friends were staying...all days being outside with different people,different places,there was always something going on...but now things has changed.Most of my friends are gone in other countries and with some of the others here,things are just not the same as they were.Now I have very few close friends left,I work from home,my gym is at home...this things combine makes me isolated.I don`t have people to go with somewhere and also I got many things to do at home.Now I have more time to work on things for myself,so this are the "pros" but there are also "cons".I felt the life into both extremes,so I need to find middle ground.I must have time to do useful things for myself-educate,hobbies,gym,PE,work.But I need to stay social too.I am going to went crazy some day if I don`t do something different and see people...some days I am not very far from this haha

                              Today I skipped workout # 2...not my best cicle so far,but I am still getting some job done anyway. My workout #1 was good so at least I am satisfied with that.My girth work was good in terms of erection-I was having good control over the erection during the holds,but the expansion was a bit poor.This is one of this days that penis doesn`t want to get pumped well.Still better then no girth workout (like yesterday),so I am trying to look on the bright side.

                              I hope to get 1-2 more days of decent work and then rest for Christmas.After that I am starting a cicle between Christmas and New Year.
