    Thanks mate. That sounds exactly like my diet at the moment, with the exception of the ezekiel bread. I'll have to look into that as I've really missed eating bread! Looking forward to eating more too when I get onto a lean bulk.

      Days 33-34

      Good evening all, apologies for the late update. It's been quite a busy weekend.

      PI's were all good on yesterday's rest day (Day 33), I've noticed I'm getting a more consistent hanging flaccid the past few days. Throughout the previous weeks, I've alternated between hanging nicely and turtling, but the bigger flaccid hang seems to be making a permanent appearance. Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come.

      Today's session (Day 34) also went well. Stretches and jelqing felt good as usual. I ejaculated after edging today for the first time in around 5 days, so that was nice too. Not much to add really. Still debating whether to add 5 minutes on to my edging time as I feel like I'm becoming conditioned and don't think it would add too much extra strain. I may implement that from next week. Thoughts welcomed as always.

        Day 35

        Afternoon all, I'll keep this one short as I find I'm repeating myself a lot if I try to pad out my posts.

        This morning's session went well as usual. I love stretching at the moment, I think I'm seeing some flaccid growth but won't be 100% sure until I measure around Day 90. I also have a reasonable libido at the moment despite the ongoing life event, so tracking my PI's isn't as difficult as I thought. They are still good.

        Tomorrow is a rest day so will be back on Wednesday.

          Days 36-37

          Good evening all. I hope your tugging is going well.

          Just a short post from me this evening. PI's on yesterday's rest day (Day 36) were all good as usual, perhaps less frequent erections but as you all know I've had a lot on my mind so this is no surprise. When they have popped up, they have been strong. Still getting morning wood every day too (although I had this before PE).

          This morning's session (Day 37) felt good. I think I'm going to increase my stretching time from 10 minutes to 15 minutes next week and see how my penis responds. I'll have been doing PE for around 6 weeks in total by that point, and I'm starting to feel conditioned, so I don't think there's any harm in increasing the time a little.

          I'm still convinced I have made some gains. My flaccid looks longer and my girth feels bigger when erect, which would make sense as I typically jelq around the 60-70% mark. Still, I'm sticking to my word and refraining from measuring until Day 90. Hopefully I get a big surprise then.

            Day 38

            Afternoon folks. Another short one, as I don't have to much to add to what I said yesterday. This morning's session went well. I haven't ejaculated for 5 days now, and weirdly I don't even feel like I want to. The ongoing life situation has depleted my libido quite a lot, so I'm not really too worried about that. Hopefully it will pick up again in the next few weeks, but other than that, my PI's are still very good.

            Tomorrow is a rest day so will be back at the weekend.

              Days 39-40

              Good afternoon all, I'm currently writing this from my bed, as I'm very hungover (a lot of drinking last night).

              Yesterday's session (Day 39) went well, I stretched a bit harder than usual but PI's are still good. Flaccid looks really nice at the moment and EQ is high.

              Today (Day 40) turned into an unexpected rest day because of the aforementioned hangover. I feel like I'll probably throw up if I move from my bed any time soon, so I'm definitely not in a good state for PE today. An extra rest day here and there isn't the end of the world as long as I stay consistent in the long term.

              I will restart 2 on/1 off tomorrow, and I will also be increasing my stretching time from 10 to 15 minutes from tomorrow. Will be interesting to see how that goes and if it affects my positive PI's.

                Day 41

                Hello all, today marked the first day of my increased routine. My warm up time has been increased to 15 minutes and my stretching time has also increased to 15 minutes. Jelqing and edging remain at 10 minutes each, and I'm still taking a hot shower as a warm down. The routine still doesn't feel too intense, but I'm comfortable sticking with this now until at least Day 90 (the first time I'll be measuring since Day 1).

                My flaccid is still hanging nicely. I will be interested to see if I get morning wood tomorrow and if so what my EQ is like. Hopefully they are both still good, I don't see why they wouldn't be as I haven't added that much to the routine, but I'll still be paying special attention seeing as I have changed things up after all.

                I have an event tomorrow night so won't be able to post an update, so I'll be back on Wednesday evening (which is my next rest day).

                  Days 42-43

                  Hello all, back as promised with an interesting update.

                  I had my first sign of a minor negative PI yesterday (Day 42), a very small number of tiny red dots on my shaft following the session, which I assume were burst capillaries. I think these were caused by the fact my erection level went slightly too high during my jelqing due to a vivid thought crossing my mind. I did around 30 seconds at 80% before my EQ slipped back down to 50-60%.

                  Fortunately, they disappeared overnight, and haven't reappeared on today's rest day (Day 43). I think I am safe to continue tomorrow as all of my other PI's are still good. I will just have to be extra careful as regard my erection level when jelqing for the next couple of sessions to ensure it doesn't happen again.

                  I'm a few days away from being only half way through my 90 day conditioning phase, and I'm already itching to measure to see if I've made any gains. I feel meatier in my hands but like I've said throughout this thread, I'm going to keep away from the ruler until that Day 90 milestone.

                    Oh man. I'm sure that was a scary sight. Glad everything went back to normal. I can't wait to see what your measurements are on the 3 month mark. Between strong PI's and new gains.. i'm crossing my fingers for you!

                      It wasn't too scary as there was only a couple of them, I've heard of some people getting literally hundreds which would freak me out.

                        Hello all. I'm pleased to report the tiny red dots I experienced on Day 42 haven't returned. As I said in that update, I think they were probably just down to jelqing at too high EQ on that day. I was careful today to ensure I didn't go above 60-70%.

                        Today's session went well, not much to report. Still stretching for 15 minutes instead of 10 and it's still feeling good, with me experiencing the same positive PI's I've had for weeks now. EQ was insane during today's edging, I didn't bust either so it will probably be even better tomorrow.

                        Tomorrow I will be exactly half way through my conditioning phase. What a milestone to reach! Only 45 more days to go until I can measure.

                          Afternoon all, just a short one today.

                          Still no sign of the tiny red dots, I'm pretty certain now that they were a one time thing caused by jelqing at too high EQ.

                          Today's session felt nice, particularly the stretching. PI's are still positive. All is looking good at the moment.

                          From my visual perspective, my penis still looks the same (apart from some extra veins), but I definitely feel thicker in my hand at a high EQ. Hopefully that continues, although I think it would be a little uncommon to see girth gains before length gains. Maybe I have made some length gains and I just don't see them myself, due to the angle we see our penis at (i.e. looking from above it always looks shorter than it actually is).

                          All good at the moment!

                          On a non-PE related note, I've just started supplementing with ZMA. I know some people say it's a placebo but I thought I'd at least try it out. I'm already sleeping better after only taking it for 2 days. It will be interesting to see how it affects my libido over the next couple of weeks, as one alleged effect of ZMA is increased testosterone levels. Will keep you all updated on how that goes.

                          Tomorrow is a rest day so will probably report back on Sunday. Have a good weekend all, take it easy.

                          • I take ZMA and have been for 6 months. I can tell you that I don't really feel much of an effect on my sex drive of performance in the gym. But I can tell you that I sleep 100x better taking it

                              That's interesting to hear, thanks for letting me know neonguy.

                              To be honest, the main reason I bought it was to try and improve my sleep quality, and I'm already seeing benefits in that regard, so it's already worth it. Any other benefits I may see in relation to sex drive or gym performance would just be a bonus.
