    Ugh guys the skin irritation is back. This is really f*cking frustrating. I cant jelq anymore and im missing out on opportunities for gains ugh. Literally did 200 jelqs and my dick skin go irritated ugh. Im so sick of this

          Skin irritation is usually from some chemicals not going well with your skin. Either use some kind of lube if you arent using one yet or try a different brand.

            Alright guys so this is my new and improved routine.
            I start with 50 DLD stretches each rep takes 10 seconds
            Then I do basic manual stretching for about 25 minutes
            I do these in the morning
            And before i go to sleep, i will be doing 700 dual forced jelqs and bends combined with 30 reps of Isolated Compression squeezes . ( Each rep will last about 40 seconds)
            Ill be doing these exercises 2 days on, 1 day off

            Did this new routine for about 2 days and my flacid dick feels very very very very SOFT and like rubber. It feels very stretchable, flexible and i sometimes find myself touching it just because its so squishy haha!

            So far everything is on the right track and things are going awesome! Subscribe to keep yourself updated with my gains brothers!

              Yeah its OK but I am very determined to reach my goal before the end of this year, cause if i do, I will be one of the few people who have added 2 inches from PE and I would love to motivate and inspire others

                  As a suggestion, you might want to consider wearing a properly fitted c-ring after you PE 24/7. It will help hold your engorgement from the exercises thereby cementing gains faster. It worked for me, and I've offered sizing assistance to over 6 dozen guys here in the Gym with good results. Read through my signature thread "EWCR Challenge" and also this one:

                      Things are going smooth. I started watching porn while jelqing and this has really helped me to boost the effectiveness of workouts and it also helps me to keep my erection!

                        Oh man I can relate so much with wanting more girth, haha.
                        I started right at 4.3" like you, and made some gains but it's been a while since the gains just stopped coming, I don't know why.

                        Also, don't watch porn. They kill your erections in the long term, just google for "your brain on porn" on google.

                          I did 600 dual forced jelq and bends in the morning and 600 more jelqs in the evening. i also did 10 reps of 40 second isolated compression squeezes before bed

                                Todays session was interesting and i wanted to switch things up!

                                30 minutes manual stretching in the morning
                                700 flacid jelqs combined with 500 70% erect jelqs in the evening!

                                Will do 30 more minutes of stretching combined with 10 reps of 40 second isolated compression squeezes before I go to sleep!
