    going to try getting up 15min earlier on workout days so that I can up the reps of my excercises next week. Really enjoying being able to sleep longer on rest days.

    Will do some more stretches/extending later. About to clamp.

              • May be getting back together with wife soon. Will take a week or two decon break at that point (first since June). Will reassess what my future in PE looks like at that time. Hoping that by doing the extended wear cock ring challenge I can maintain what I have gained. Going through the sizing process now with JITB.

                  Do you think she'll be okay with you doing PE as a self improvement men's health exercise? If you focus on the health aspects and down pay the size gain she might see it as okay?

                  • I don't think so given the nature of all our issues being sexual (porn). Really not wanting to rock the boat at this time. I'm at a place where I am satisfied with my stats and not desperate for gains...now I just want to maintian. If gain some more thats fine too .

                          • Discovered a new way of clamping today. I always apply while completely flaccid but this time with one hand I push the clamp into my fat pad and with the other I work on the erection. What happened was that the fullness of the erection kept the clamp at bay maximizing clamped erect length which felt AWESOME!

                                Currently in the sizing process for JOTB's c-ring challenge. Wearing a 2" solid brass harness ring bought from hardware store. When edging I'm getting .5"-.75" extra expansion and veins bulge more. My nutz are the size of large eggs thanks to the testicle massages .
