Just figured out way to type posts in full site view!!! Before, I had to toggle between mobile and full site (have a dumb phone). I could only like posts and give reps and see likes given to me in full site. If I wanted to reply to a post I had to switch to mobile.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

I wouldn't target a specific weight, body fat percentage is a better target. The photo below should be close enough to give you an idea of where you are now. Where you want to be is up to you. 10lbs lost for you is about a 5% bodyfat reduction.Originally posted by Ultimate Burrito View PostDown to 192lbs. I'm 5'11" what would be a good weight target?

I look like the 20-24% except the nipples aren't hairy enough lol... I could settle with the 16% range... ideally the 13-15% range though. Good example pics though thanks man!!!Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

No worries! At 1600 calories a day, you will lose about 2lbs bodyfat a week. At 2600, you'll maintain. This assumes light to moderate activity level. Bear in mind, if you go down to 175lbs, for example, your daily caloric requirements to maintain will also go down, to just under 2500 per day in that case.Starting (20 JUL 2012)

Nah on a serious note, doing my smoothie recipe as a meal replacement has really helped a lot. I have also knocked out sweets and my typical dinner has been chicken cooked in skillet with steamed veggies. Need to try working out some or at least running.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

If you have to pick, light cardio with resistance training is better for weight loss than cardio alone. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn all the time. However, it should be noted that while on a diet, you can't really add much muscle, but making the ones you have work harder is still of benefit.Originally posted by Ultimate Burrito View PostNah on a serious note, doing my smoothie recipe as a meal replacement has really helped a lot. Doing the bundled stretches and they are interesting to say the least. May go back to regular stretches since I am thinking of hanging around 5.5" MEG and I am so close already. Still want to do the clamping cuz it's just plain fun
