Just do it Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Let the rest of the days be rest days. You can still do length work in between but girth growth benefits best from allowing more rest.
Also, seriously consider wearing the cock ring afterwards. I'd put it on right after clamping before you do your edging. You will find that you get similar expansion and when you are done, the ring helps retain the expansion so that when your are resting and healing; it is in an expanded state thus promotig growth.

You used the quick extender pro with the double noose attachment right? I would get quick extender over size genetics because it has much higher tension springs and double down attachment. However I would also buy the vacextender conversion since my small glands doesnt let me use noose style attachment but I must use vaccuum instead.
