The quick extender pro is a spring tension design. The springs that I have are 3500g of tension. Tension is maintained by adding extender rods. When, after applying the extender, I notice that there is no spring tension; that is usually a good sign that it is time to add a new rod. 1 rod is only a couple of cm in length. The continuous spring tension on my burrito means that my ligs and tunica get stretched which leads to length and girth gains. I'd rather the growth to happen on my tunica because I believe those are permanent gains. I expect the ligs to retract back some over time due to the nature of their anatomy so not all lig gains will be permanent. This is just my opinion. Ever since adding the next extender rod I've been getting an extremely good stretch. Combo that with the homemade jelqing device and you got a nice big sausage burrito

Hot bananna! I finally know what you guys are talking about with front and back kegels. Was watchin Star Wars using the FORCE and noticed that when I kegeled one way my burrito pulsed and the other way tightened nomans land. I've always done the back end kegels. Just openedup a new frontier boys. Maybe I will start shooting further. Wife goes to counseling tomorrow. Dropped a bomb shell on her Saturday. We haven't talked unless necessary since. She is leaning towards divorce. Got 4 young kids. Please be praying for her. Had a great day PE-wise. The extra tension from adding the new extension rod to my extender has really been stretching my burrito. I think 2h in the morning and 2h in the afternoon is perfect for me as it allows time in between to rest and then be stretched again. I'm going to try to resist measuring again until next weekend. To me extenders are the way to go if you want to accelerate gains. That's just my opinion but the proofs in the burrito

My philosophy on a GAIN PLAN:
Routine (M-F) Rest (Sat, Sun)
Warm up 5-10 min (your preference)
Penis Condition: Flaccid
Stretching at max tension:
Right 25sec
10 clockwise rotations, 10 counter-clockwise rotations
10sec helicopter shakes
Left 25sec
10 clockwise rotations, 10 counter-clockwise rotations
10sec helicopter shakes
Up 25sec
10 clockwise rotations, 10 counter-clockwise rotations
10sec helicopter shakes
Down 25sec
10 clockwise rotations, 10 counter-clockwise rotations
10sec helicopter shakes
Outwards 25sec
10 clockwise rotations, 10 counter-clockwise rotations
10sec helicopter shakes
(yeah jp90 routine stretches)
Up-right (towards right hip bone) 25sec
Down-left (towards left thigh) 25sec
Up-left (towards left hip bone) 25sec
Down-right (towards right thigh) 25sec
*No rotations or heli's in between the last 4 stretches, just do it at the end.
After last helicopter shake apply extender (should get a much better stretch now that you are loose) and wear minimum of 2h.
If able, edge for 10 min after removing extender.
I also recco 100 jelqs with homemade jelqing device at 60-80% erection.
For girth:
M/W/F
Clamp 2x each day 5-10min and increase duration over time.

Weight loss progress:

Here's what I have been doing:
Breakfast: Nada (working on it, just so busy) Sometimes I will eat a couple granola squares.

Dinner: The good - chicken cooked in skillet with a side of vegetables (broccoli, squash, zucchini, etc.) also steamed. The bad - hamburgers / fast food. The ugly - frozen pizzas, Tyson's boneless buffalo wings, ice cream, etc. (Yeah I probably could of lost another pound or two if I had more self-control lol).
Exercise: Nada (it doesn't help I sit at a desk most of the day)... but hey I'm losing weight regardless. I credit the smoothie
