  • Probably gonna rest today. Jam packed schedule over the next four days.

    EQ has been a solid 9. I get boners just from kissing my wife . It is nice again to have erections strong enough to keep the burrito raised up off the table when laying on my back. Wife loves it too...rides me like a stick shift and changing gears to different pleasure spots .

    What do I think has boosted my EQ?
    Power jelqs
    Erect kegels
    Taking 300mg yohimbe and also ginkgo at lunch

      The other day I have myself a bone by simply level kegeling - no visual, other physical, or mental stimulation. Just kegels. 🙂

      • After taking a week off, back into the fray. Only exercises I did was power jelqing. Did 120 reps each day. My burrito is definitely bigger than when I fist started PE. IMO, when you can just look and know that it use to not reach out that far or when you grab it and see all the extra shaft length that use to not be visible...that my friend is a rewarding feeling.

        • I'm going for more length, heck I might even try to shoot for 8". Girth has been very stubborn. I'll take whatever I can get lol.

                  • My EQ is finally where I want it . Ever since doing the power jelqs (using homemade jelq device) and erect kegels I have been noticing much harder erections. I was wondering if it was the exercises or the supps I was taking so I dropped the yohimbe and ginkgo for a week and only did the jelqs/kegels. They were just as strong.

                    Looking forward to starting a full routine again tomorrow. Going to start normal and then up intensity. I really benefited from doing the side to side stretches last month and noticed more sustained girth improvements from squeezes. Let's do this!

                      5min warmup in shower
                      130 power jelqs
                      20 squeezes
                      500 s2s stretches
                      10min of edging/erect kegels

                      Will wear 1.75" brass cock ring all day. Tried sleeping with it on but there was a lot of irritation on my fat pad. I just shaved it all yesterday and it was the first time in a while so it is really sensitive.

                      Measured myself after taking the week break. I'm hitting 7.5" at the very tip of my burrito and was getting between 5.5 and 5.6" girth. Will hold off on claiming I got a 7.5" burrito for right now though.
